Amazing breakfast, cozy room, quiet and still good location not far from the center, parking lot too expensive but its good to have that option if you need it and its really close (~150m from the hotel)

You had to confirm explicitely that you wish a daily cleaning of the room - which we did. Still the room was not cleaned and upon arrival we didn't even have towels in the room. When requested we received just one big and two small ones for two adults. Should not happen in a 4-star hotel. The parking lot is really too expensive for not being in the center and on the day of departure we asked to leave the car there for a few more hours. The hotel would charge us an extra daily rate of 20€ which is also not a sign of a good service and customer orientation especially as the parking lot was almost empty on that day.

Close to many attractions and the Old Town. The room was good value for money and very spacious. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

The double bed could’ve been better but still good value for the price paid.

Very nice room, really clean, room service changed our towels every day. Nice neighbourhood. Online check-in is a win, your actual check-in lasts just a couple of minutes. Check-out was also fast, all the staff we talked to was polite. Windows in the room open so we had a nice breath of fresh air. Really hapoy with our stay.

Pillows were too soft and squishy for my personal preference. In addition, we got two matresses pushed close together instead of one big one, but the bed was comfortable overall.

I asked for the room on a higher floor, we got it, but it has roof windows, so be aware of it in case you dont like them. There was quite hot in Prague, but no problems with good sleep, temperature in the room was very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. Cleaning was everyday.

In our room 604 toilet and bathroom have glass walls and doors, and sink outside the bathroom, just near the bed, too much "design":) A/C made creaky noise after some time of working. No towel hooks in the bathroom and nowhere to put towels.

Hotel jest najwyższej klasy! I am delighted with stay at this hotel. Staff is very competent and nice. Room was spacious and well equipped - there were towels, cosmetics and hygienic supplies such e.g. hairbands or swabs, shoehorn, kettle, tea/coffe set - everything that we need and more. There were no problem when I asked for additional pillow. Beds are quite tough, but very comfortable. What is the most important thing - there was air condition in room and a lovely view on park from big windows. Hotel is located in beautiful old tenement house on Mala Strana. It is five minutes from tram and bus station. To the Carol's bridge we walked about 20 minutes. Nearby are lot of restaurants, post office and supermarkets such as Tesco or Tesco Express. Breakfasts were delicious - there was variety of cheese, sausages, salads. Everyday was something else served hot - sausages oraz scrumbled eggs with bacon. I loved desserts - croissants, pudding, cake and variety of fruits. Everything was fresh and I appreciate creativity of kitchen stuff - during one week stay I was never bored by the served dishes. It was also very nice that we could leave baggage after checkout. I totally recommend Red&Blue Design Hotel! <3

There were few microscopic issues: - in room were some spider webs next to the windows and room corners, - in room 209 were small problem with bath - water was sinking from taps and falling down on a floor. During whole bathing there were a lot of water on the floor and we had to waste some of our towels to clean it - towels were so wet that didn't want to dry for many hours and even day :/ It was quite uncomfortable. - bedheets was changed only once during our whole stay, although I left twice the mark "Please make up the room". Nevertheless - I still loved stay at Red&Blue Design Hotel.

The room was very spacious and modern!! I was really in love with the view from my window, it looked to the small and cozy courtyard. The bathroom was very contemporaneous with a modern shower :) They have a fridge in the room and a big wardrobe. And for the breakfast you can sit on a beautiful terrace with an amazing view. It was a small problem with a deposit which should be paying at the reception (50 €) in case if something happened, but I didn’t know about it in advance, but the problem was happily solved to me! thank you so much!

Friendly staff and very nice breakfast opportunity in the veranda. Fantastic position nearby Petrin park (our room was facing in its direction as well), where we have walked often and enjoyed the nature. Also very near to public transport options to quickly reach several attractions.

The hotel could think about changing the breakfast buffet a bit from day to day.

I very much liked the hotel. It was beautiful and with a lot of extras. The price was great for what you get. Easy tram access into the city centre.

The staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. Every time you reach the reception area they're just looking down at their computers or something - they don't say hello unless you actively look at them and say hello to them first. It ruined the experience a bit.

nice rooms with good facilities. Good breakfast. Quiet rooms. Nice quiet but quite central neighbourhood on the left bank. With the tram you can reach central squares and the castle in 15m. Parking is free in the weekends, the staff was so kind to mention that, so we didn’t need a private parking space they offer for 20€ a day.

We had two rooms, the airconditioning on one of the two rooms, on the 5th floor, wasn’t working. I asked staff to check it out, but it brought no solution. A shame because al other things ware fine.

All was good.

Guys at the hotel reception can't suggest anything. My conversation with reception was like: - hello. Could you please recommend the nearest pub with local czech beer?  - we don't drink beer so we can't recommend anything.  Another conversation: - where is the nearest ATM? - please use the google map. :(
