The hotel is not in the city center however metro station is just outside the hotel and it takes only 10 minutes approximately to get to the city. Rooms are nice, spacious and it was very clean. Its a nice hotel with modern aesthetic. We had excellent housekeeping service every day. Front office manager (cant remember the name) was there happy to help us with some information we needed. We would happily stay again in the future.

Restaurant staff doesn't speak English at all (except the manager of course). We had breakfast 5 days and only 1 waiter came to greet us and tell us to have a nice day (the basic that nobody else did). Even reception staff never greet us (we walked in front of them couple of times in our stay and nobody told us Hallo, good morning or good evening. They didnt even do a small eye contact. I know that this is a big hotel with a lot of people but greeting people is an important part of the job.

Fantastic location with everything you could possibly need on your doorstep. Easy access to the Metro line to travel into Old Town, O2 Arena just a short walk away. We particularly enjoyed a couple of meals in the Pizza restaurant. The facilities are very modern and exceptionally clean. We stayed in an executive room, which was very spacious for our family of three. Another selling point was the inclusive use of the mini-bar. Good choice of food available at the breakfast buffet. Polite and friendly staff :) We will be actively looking for another excuse to stay at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague.

My husband and I both thought the bed progressively uncomfortable with each passing night. I would have liked two pillows each, instead of the one. Also found the duvet a bit small. For me, I kept being woken up by terrible back pain. Cannot fault anything else!

The beds and pillows were as if you slept on a cloud! Super comfortable, had the best sleep there! Wifi was excellent and very fast. Breakfast had more options than I thought it would have, and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and we were even able to have a late check out, which meant a great deal to us because our flight back was very late. The hotel's location is amazing, very easy to get anywhere you want to, whether by taxi, bus, tram or metro, the stops are all right in front of the hotel. The hotel is also connected to the Felix shopping center, for further convenience. And the O2 Arena is very close, 11 minutes of walking distance, so you don't even have to ride the city transportation system to get there. We will definitely be back. :)

The TV didn't have any channels on it, although it gives you the option of connecting your phone to it, to watch whatever you want off of your phone.

Amazing!! Everything was fantastic! Executive room which was what I wanted with the right facilities. Mini bar/ executive lounge with limited refreshments! Using the spa was a treat.. especially when heading out to explore the city then going to the spa to relax. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast has a huge selections very delicious. The bed was very comfortable. When I made the booking they gave me twin beds when I requested a double bed. Went to the reception to explain they upgraded it to King size which made it even better! Could have stayed longer if wanted. Overall the best place staying in Prague.

The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with a fitness center in it, so there are plenty of services and shopping opportunities right at the spot, in addition to the services provided directly by the hotel. At breakfast, there are plenty of options to choose from. Despite being a huge hotel with a lot of visitors, breakfast operations run smoothly. The staff is mainly friendly and the overall appearance of the hotel is nice and stylish.

The bed was not all that comfortable. I also didn't like the fact that at breakfast you were supposed to find just the right machine for the coffee you wanted. Especially since the only instruction was "look around".

The hotel is perfect. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom has a bathtub. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. The staff is very nice. The wellness area is not directly in the hotel, but you can use the wellness area and the fitness room located in the mall next door. The regular pool was very cold for us, the jacuzzi and sauna were fine. The metro stop is right next to the hotel.

The only thing we missed a bit was that there was no room slipper in the room. But this does not take away from the value of the hotel.

Location is amazing especially if you are going to the O2 arena, metro on the doorstep as well the hotel being attached to a shopping center so nothing to complain about there

The rooms were so dusty and especially when the AC came on it was everywhere so as someone who is allergic to dust it was uncomfortable being in the rooms , the filters must be old or something wrong with them because after wiping the table clean from dust,30mins later it was back dusty and thick layer of it but overall the room was amazing

Clean, modern, great location close to the subway and the shopping centre was a great bonus too. Breakfast offerings both mornings was great. Only 15 mins walk or 1 stop on subway to O2 Arena so was great for attending concert. 15 mins max into town on subway, definitely worth staying here away from hustle of town.

Only negative was the noise from the lift. We were in room 6102 which was just next to lifts so we heard the hydraulics and clunking from 7am until late. Bothered me first night but got used to it. Had to get milk for tea/coffee from the bar in reception (no note about this, just asked at reception).

Breakfast room very crowded and tends to be a bit messy. The staff is working hard but cannot cover all the issues immediately. Overall is ok, nothing to worry. The room was super, nothing to comment; we had access to the executive facilities which made us enjoy even more :-) The hotel is very clean, cleaning ladies always helpful and the robot very attentive :-)

Reception staff is not client oriented. I understand that they have a big amount of clients with probably a number of demands but even when solving a small issue they give you the impression that is an obligation to support, not to make you feel comfortable. I heard from three of them a very categoric "not possible" which could have been accompanied with a smile. It was my wife's birthday, I asked for support in buying flowers, having anything done in the room to create an atmosphere; the answer was NOT POSSIBLE. Concierge has a big allocated space in the lobby but 2 days could not find anyone there. Very disappointed from this perspective; reception staff should take customers satisfaction training very quick!

Excellent value for money, high quality room, service, great quietness, great breakfast, WiFi that allowed even gaming. Free gym - although it required some setup and thus drew criticism from some guests, it worked for me no problem. Great location, good air, windows to the yard, not to the road. Good neighborhood, lots of space. Working mall near the reception, subway station in the same building. Public - mostly businesspeople and respectable tourists

The floor lamp was wired to the wall switch. Had to untie a difficult knot to free it. Other than that, no problems. Very good hotel, great work!
