Such a stunning building with lots of attention to detail with the decorations (especially for Christmas). The highlight of the hotel is the restaurant and the staff! Spotless service, delicious local high quality food & excellent breakfast! They offered us a generous take out breakfast because we needed to leave early one morning. We left in awe by our stay and the perfect organisation of the owners who went beyond our expectations to make us feel welcomed and appreciated - we will not even consider going elsewhere, despite the city centre being 35-45mins away.

We loved everything and can’t wait to come back.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The furniture in the room had an older style, but everything was well-refurbished and added a touch of charm. The breakfast was served in a beautifully gothic style restaurant that made each morning feel special. The atmosphere and attention to detail really made for a memorable experience. The restaurant has a terrace that can become crowd in the evening but after 11 PM it's closed and quiet. We had a parking lot with a small amount of fee and the underground station was 5 minutes walk. It was a pleasure meeting the host, and we highly recommend him and his family-run hotel.

This is a gem of a hotel - family run together with the adjoining restaurant which is obviously first choice for an evening out for many locals. Great personal welcome from the owner who was around and available together with his parents throughout our stay. Superb breakfast and a great meal on the first evening when we ate there. Individually decorated rooms - lots of nice touches. Situated in a quiet and pleasant up-market Prague suburb - 10 minute walk to the metro and 10 minutes direct from there in to the centre.

Nothing - we will be back next time we are in Prague where we regularly visit.

The hospitality of the hotel is amazing. The owner is super friendly and took us for a tour and explained with much passion about the hotel and the renovations they did. Its truly a unique place in Praque. Close to the metro which takes you in 15min to the city center. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The mini bar was not expensive at all and free sparkling water and still water was available at any time. The restaurant had very good food options even for vegetarians they had options available. The breakfast was good with lots of food options. For us, as one of us is vegetarian, we would have liked it if we could have had a choice what to receive for breakfast, to have less meat on the table. There was enough vegetarian food to eat at breakfast, we just would like the option to have less meat. It's a personal preference. Really just skip the big hotel brands and book this lovely family hotel. You will not be disappointed!

We had a LOVELY stay at Hotel Svatojánský Dvůr. Staff was so friendly, we were welcomed with a free drink. We appreciate the comfort of our suite, it was quiet, big, clean and very practical. The hotel restaurant is excellent, very nice for family, food is delicious and price are reasonnable, we eat there twice. We will come back for sure ! Thank you again for all your small attentions that make our stay wonderful.

The only drawback is the confort of the pillow, but it depends on each one needs. It is a bit far away from the city center but easily reachable with the metro red line (600 meters from the hotel)

Honestly this place couldn't be more beautiful, the staff were absolutely amazing and our room was just superb with the hot tub and balcony! Definitely worth the extra money! A little outside the main area of Prague, but metro within 5 minute walk and such a quick and frequent metro (ever 4/5mins during the day and 6/8mins at night). Breakfast also set you up great for the day!

No Aircon which could be a problem for some but there is a fan and staff very accommodating to help.

It was like being at home, but a more awesome version of home. Very clean, beautiful and cosy.. Extremely friendly, helpful and forthcoming hosts (it is a family business). The quality of the food (breakfast and restaurant) is outstanding. The breakfast is so copious that the double number of people could eat from it and they would still not be able to eat it all.

At times (high demand?) the shower can have small temperature variations. Barely noticeable, but I mention it for completeness' sake. When the restaurant is almost full, it can take over an hour until you get your food. Outside the rush hour the waiting time is short, about 15 minutes.

This is an extraordinary hotel in the middle of a huge social housing area consisting mainly of communist era appartment blocks. It is a traditional style hotel, based on the original farmhouse which has stood on this site for hundreds of years when the area was farmland. Despite its rather incongruous setting it is a superb hotel and restaurant with great staff and good food. It is easily accessed from central Prague via the metro station round the corner. Our room was extremely comfortable, of good size with period furnishings, and the ensuite was exceptional.

We would have liked a kettle in our room though tea is readilly available from room service. A minor detail considering the excellent overall experience.

I think everyone has his favorite places to go and to stay. This particular hotel becomes my favorite place to stay in Prague. It is far from crowded and noisy streets, which is important for me. But public transportation in Prague is so good that you can easily get to the very center of the city in 20-25 minutes. Hotel is nicely furnished with antique furniture. My room was not big but good equipped and extremely clean. The bed is wide and comfortable. I didn’t see the air conditioner, so I don’t know if it will be ok inside in summer time. Restaurant was excellent. Quality of food and size of portions, especially breakfast, are surprising. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Miroslav for his hospitality.

The hotel is a family business and Miroslav is an excellent host. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. Welcome drink, clean and spacious hotel room. The restaurant is a plus. It offers good food, so no need to stay late night in the city centre for dinners especially when you have kids. There's also a metro connection C which brings you to the city centre in 10 minutes.
