Everything is very good about the hotel. But Prague is very bad place for new year. Everything was fine until December 31 00:00, after that everyone gets crazy. There were too many people in the central square and there was not a space to step. Everyone gets drunk, everywhere is bomb and can hurt people, and everywhere is trash, the streets are very dirty, of course the next day streets are clean but this is a very bad place for new year. This was the worst new year of my live.

The best locations in Prague only 5 minutes walking distance to old town square, 15 minutes walking to Charles bridge, 15 minutes walking to the riverboats cruise and restaurants, bars, cafes, terraces open until midnight and only 5 minutes walking from the hotel, breakfast buffet lots of choices, restaurants served quality food, hotel staffs are helpful and friendly they even prolonged our checkout till 2pm for free instead of 12 because our flight are around 6pm

the breakfast was super, well stocked and regularly replenished with specials (pancakes and eggs etc) cooked to order and served with a smile as was everything. Everything was delicious and different things on different days but always good and convenient hours (one day we went at 7a,m another at 10am). Every time we asked for help at the reception they were great and couldnt be more helpful (reserved stuf for us, gave us info and maps, posted our cards, booked a taxi, left luggage etc,( and you never felt like you ere being a nuisance and you never had to wait - they put on an amount of staff according to busy ness , This hotel is very well managed/run. Lots of fresh towels and extremely comfortable bed and bedding/pillows. enough cupboard space.

i liked everything. the room was too hot for us on arrival but soon got the temperature down with the ac.

The Hotel is beautiful with grand decor and luxurious ambience. It was well located within walking distance to almost all main attractions. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast was really nice with fresh juices and a good spread of cold cuts and a la cate.

The breakfast seemed rushed. It starts from 7 am till 10 am, we went by 8 and by 9 the crowd started lining up outside the dinning hall which was a bit awkward to have people staring at you. The staff would come frequently to ask if we were done. They were running around looking frazzled a bit. Very nice Staff though.

The staffs made themselves available whenever me and my family members needed information. The atmosphere of the lobby was welcoming and peasant (flower arrangement, cleaness of the space). The breakfast was over the top. The staff in the dining areas were very kind, helpful, and felt they are really happy to make the customers have good times. Of course the room was clean and beautiful. The hotel was my gift to my parents, and they were very happy for the room, service, and hospitality. That made me so happy, so I want to say THANK YOU to you guys to make my gift so special. During the stay I felt the pride of the hotel everywhere, the commitment to the quality of the service was clearly visible everywhere, anytime.

Highly recommend this hotel, it was exceptional. We loved the history behind the hotel, the Ballroom down stairs is magical, and I'm sure it holds a lot of secrets given the history of it. The breakfast was 1st class service & lots to choose from or you can order something special off the menu. Cafe Latte was of good quality & the tea was lovely. Staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered a small jug of milk for our room. By the time we put the phone down... they were already knocking on our door with it!! Couldn't fault this Hotel!!

everything about the appearance of this hotel from the check-in desk to the dining room to the rooms is impeccable. The hotel is perfectly situated and convenient to everything you would want to see in Prague. The bed was comfortable. The pillow choices were great, and the breakfast was above standard.

it was unseasonably warm in Prague and they’re cooling system. Could not get our room below 80 Fahrenheit the staff was attentive and brought us fans, but it was not as comfortable sleeping as it should’ve been in a hotel of this type.

The front desk staff was very helpful. They gave us good directions to the sights with good tips for how to get around. They had great recommendations for restaurants, from bistros to breweries, and set us up with a fine tour on a river boat in Prague that wasn't easily found on other websites like Tripadvisor. They lined up a cab for us to get back to the airport at a reasonable price, which was much appreciated because it's complicated between cabs and Ubers there, and you can get overcharged on either one with the way they handle your credit card. The room was nicely decorated, spacious,, and the bed comfy. The bathroom was spacious, also nicely appointed, with a good magnifying makeup mirror and hair dryer. Nice toiletries too. The shower had good water pressure, hot water and a bathtub and you could mostly avoid soaking the floor. BIG towels. There are 2 elevators, and you didn't have to wait long for them. Breakfast was spectacular, available from a menu or at the huge buffet with loads of fresh fruit, hot food, pastries, yogurt, juice and even Prosecco. We attended the Mozart dinner there which was a fascinating, off-the-beaten-path entertainment as neither of us is very familiar with opera. It is also a very elegant hotel, very beautiful, and it's in the middle of the old town area, and very walkable from there to the sights. They have chilled water with fruit in the reception area which was an exceptional treat to collapse with, after a hot dusty day walking around the city. Can't say enough about this place.

The usual complaint about European hotels - the room was too warm and no matter what you did to the thermostat, it seemed to stay warm. We got it down a little but not much.

Breakfast buffet was outstanding and they had a menu you could order from, also. Omelet was delicious! (Pancake are not American style - more like crepes - but good.) Coffee and juices out of this world. Staff was more than accommodating! We booked the grand suite and the view from the balcony/terrace was beautiful. Thank you, Grand Bohemia!

Bed was a little too firm and the feather decker was not wide enough - we kept pulling it to cover ourselves at night. Washcloths were not available, except for small, thin, gray ones for mskeup remover cloths.
