The hotel is located at a great location, very much in the vicinity of the main attractions of the city, almost everything is at a 15-20 mins walk. The location being close to the main road which is quiet running during the day and night, makes it more safe than other locations which are much deep inside small narrow lanes of the city. The rooms are big and comfortable, the small pantry inside the room allows the re-heating and cold storage of food, which comes quiet handy if you want to take away the food from restaurant and eat inside the comfort of your room. Overall a good stay!

There is not much to not like about it, but the breakfast options could have been better for vegetarians, as majority of the breakfast was non-vegetarian. Also, I noticed the staff at the restaurant was either biased towards few people or over worked, because for some people the staff was serving almost everything at the table and also clearing the table, but for other they were least bothered to serve anything.

Excellent location, just away from the main tourist parts, close to a grocery store, close to the major mall (great for buying things one forgot at home), close to the trams. In summer, I fear it might be noisy (it's noisy if windows are open). On the other hand, I guess Prague is too warm to visit in summer. The room was nothing special, but exceptionally clean It also had a microwave oven and a fridge, great for snacks etc. Breakfast was nothing special but not expensive. Friendly front desk.

I liked everything, but am afraid it will get hot in summertime, as it is a bit too noisy to keep the windows open at night.

We loved the views over Prague from the balcony, the friendly and helpful staff (with excellent spoken English), tasty breakfasts included in the price. The location was ideal - close to the old Town and river but also quiet and close to tram service. Pleased we had air conditioning in the room and a fridge since weather was hot. Made to feel welcome by the inclusion of a free welcome drink. Easy to follow directions from the airport were provided by the hotel

Minor point - Sachets of tea/coffee/milk would have been nice to go with the tea/coffee making facilities

For visiting Prague and its main attractions, the location is great because it's a few steps away from the old center and is easily reachable from the airport with taxi or public transport. There are plenty of places to eat around and the hotel staff recommends a few of them, which made it easy for us to choose. Staff at reception was very polite and helpful, available 24/7. For example, we asked them to help with some noisy neighbours around 11pm one night and the person at reception reacted very quickly. The room is well furnished and spacious, nothing fancy but sufficient for a comfortable short stay in the city. Breakfast is ok, there are different options like bread, fruit, vegetables, some meat, but is nothing special either. Overall, the hotel has a nice vibe.

The room was not dirty but seemed like it was too dusty as if it was not vacuumed properly. The walls do not isolate noise much and noises from the nearby rooms can be easily heard. It was not a big problem for us because most of the time we had quite neighbours. Just one night there was some gathering next to us but the person at reception asked the neighbours to be more quiet and the problem was gone. Also, the noise from the street below could be heard at night even though there are two layers of windows, which reduce the noise significantly. This is the price of being in the center, I guess and was not a big issue for us.

Location. Location. Location! Other things we very much liked: Alexandra was an amazing host and helped us immediately. She was always smiling and a pleasure to deal with. In addition, I had a request for a hotel room facing the street. She ensured that we were accommodated! Our view from the 7th Floor was OUTSTANDING...and the balcony was an excellent surprise! :-) Shaddy is the bartender here and he is worth his weight in gold. I found myself spending time with him on 3 occasions. My son later joined us as I expressed how fantastic Shaddy was. We were able to get to know him well and meet one of his good friends. Wevall ended up becoming real friends. My experiences at Residence BENE were very memorable and was the icing on the cake during our wonderful trip to Prague. I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again if I ever came back to Prague!

The water pressure for our sink was weak. It was barely serviceable. Perhaps it was because our room was on the 7th Floor. We did our best with it.

The location is very central and the price we paid - but that's pretty much it. The building has a feel of a kinda old dorm or public housing kinda feel - the rooms as well. Large enough bathrooms especially the shower is big. The breakfast I sok the soup does vary so that's a plus. There's daily housekeeping.

be careful when waiting for the parking garage to open do not park on the actual street especially if you're next to the disabled parking spot the police do not care if you're waiting for the door to open or even if you're in the car and the engine is running they will give you a ticket. just block the drive or walkway - I think it's normal for cars to do it here. Also, the layout of the room that I got compared to my friends was weird instead of a big square/rectangular room it's an odd-shaped L - didn't bother me at first but when I saw my friends' room they were definitely better.

the breakfast was a great selection considering that it was included in the price of the room. My room was upgraded as it had space for three people so it was nice to have extra space to move around. the location of the hotel was exceptional, as it was within walking distance of all major attractions in the city. I was very pleased with it.

the facilities in the room could have been better. the bed was a double but with only one pillow which was not enough to support my head. the bathroom also didn't have any shower gel left in the dispenser so I would recommend bringing your own just in case, which is what I did.

Very spacious room with functional AC and a pretty large shower cabin. There were a water boiler, microwave and a pretty large fridge in the room. Very nice breakfast with plenty of options. The location was great being right next to the old town center.

The bed was kind of hard and the pillow not very confortable. The bed also had a pretty warm duvet even though it was already really hot, I would have liked a bed cover better suited for the season. There were a water boiler in the room and some cups, but no spoons.

We received a really warm welcome on our first night, the receptionist even gave us one of his tea bags! The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very spacious and warm. It was great having a kettle and a fridge in our rooms too. Residence Bene also provided a welcome message with recommended walking tours we could follow ourselves to ensure we see all the main sites in Prague, and suggested good local restaurants where we could get discounted meals! The hotel also provided a great breakfast with lots of different options (both savoury and sweet).

My only improvement would be to provide some tea bags for the first night.

There cannot be any other location better than this. It is right in the center of town. 10 steps from the hotel there is also a bus stop if you need to explore other parts of the town or are just too tired to walk back. The room was OK since we didn't have unreasonable expectations from a hotel that is within budget and is right at the heart of the town. The Easter market, Money Exchange (with good rate), Shopping Mall (with 200 shops !!), The Powder Gate Tower were all 100-150 steps away from the hotel.

Only one minor complaint was doors were a little jammed and needed effort in opening them. A suggestion would be to include a chicken option in breakfast like chicken sausage. Since there were many people who don't eat pork or beef the options became lesser for them (including us).
