The location is perfect if you’re looking to stay in Lesser Town or you can easily cross the bridge and get to Old town. The place is spacious with a California King Size Bed. It was clean, safe, and easy to find and check ourselves in.

The windows are very thin and face the street. You can hear every conversation outside. If you can’t sleep through noise, this place is not for you. The shower head didn’t work in our room and the only option was to hold a hose with a shower head on it. It was a little hard especially with half a wall on the tub. The hot water is perfect though.

Location of the room is outstanding, you are in the old city center, right to Karlov Most (Charles Bridge). There is parking right on the street which costs 490 krowns (around 22-23 eur) per day. Cheaper parking is around 20 min walking distance underground parking next to the Sparta Stadium, 400 krowns (around 16-17 eur) per day. Also next to the accommodation there is tram station from where you can be in a 30 min to the Prague ZOO.

The organization of the check-in was not very accurate. We were told that the room will be ready after 15h, but at the end we were waiting for the room until 18h.

It was nice and cosy apartment in the centre just 2 mins walking from the Karl’s bridge. The tram station is 1 minute’s walk, shops and cafes and all the main sights. The stuff was hospitable and sweet. We would like to come back again and would recommend this place to our friends!

The location ideal, right in the middle of the tourist precinct and very close to a major tram stop. The shower and bathroom were good for one person and the hot water was instant. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Despite a very warm welcoming letter that invited communication with management, the responses to my 2 emails, my 4 SMS messages, and 2 phone calls, were non- existent. They never answered their phone. Checkin time was 3pm however our room wasn't ready until 3:45pm again with no communication and no apology. Our checkin was pathetic. The room was also quite small and compact.

The location was perfect , litreally 2 minutes from Charles Bridge , we could walk everywhere and where in the centre of everything

The windows were very thin , this made it very noisey at night , aswell the blinds were very thin and didn’t close great so it was bright in the morning this also didn’t help with the sound. The fan in the bathroom was very loud especially at night time . The boiler was also very loud throughout the day and even louder at night .The “deluxe double bed” was actually 2 single beds pushed with one large sheet over it , this was uncomfortable and moved a lot .

Location is perfect Housekeeping was excellent

No kitchen. Only a small refrigerator and a kettle. It's not an issue for up to a week maybe. I stayed three weeks. For short stays, it's great.

Great location,tea/coffee in the room and fridge lovely terrace to sit outside supermarket just down the road to grab breakfast everything you need close by ,no need to use trams etc you can walk castle 13 mins up the hill

We checked out on Sunday @ 10am and had a late flight back to the UK needed to goggle where we could store our luggage,no staff working on a Sunday no where to store our luggage.Easy locker just 3 mins around the corner I payed for 24 hrs worked out cheaper got a large locker which two hand luggage cases fitted into, you just type in your code and you can take your case when ever your ready to leave

Excellent location at foot of Charles bridge & very central to Mala Strana tourism objects. Also short distance across bridge to old & new town sectors. Top spot. Comfortable room & amenities

1. On arrival at property & going thru security key-pad routine provided, were surprised to find there is no locking mechanism in door, therefore NO FRONT DOOR SECURITY to building. 2. Coffee & tea in room, were not replenished after first day. We were early risers/walkers, well before cafes opened, so first mission on second day was to find coffee capsules etc. However, not too big a deal.

Its right in the centre so you can actually go back there to rest then do other things if you want to, its just outside of charles bridge. Theres a mcdonalds downstairs thats 24/7, the staff is almost invisible but your room gets cleaned and tidied up, it smells nice, the room is big and the toilet is clean and tidy.

Hmmmm the room gets a bit cold, they give you a thin duvet but there is a big one in the storage, but why not just put it there? I didnt find out about it until my last night and prague gets cold.
