Well located hotel with comfortable bed and large room. You get good value for the price you pay. There is one nice thing that I must highlight: in the breakfast area there is a sign saying if you need to checkout before breakfast starts, you can ask them to prepare a small takeaway meal. I think it is so thoughtful and I’ve never seen a hotel doing it. In my case, they were even more thoughtful: on my last day we went to bed quite late and wouldn’t wake up in time for breakfast, so I asked them for this takeaway meal. They ended up letting us eat and have coffee after we checked out. It made our last day in Prague so more convenient. I wish more hotels could do it.

Where the hotel is situated, it is right smack bang in the middle of everything historical. You are so close to all modes of transport, trams, buses were excellent, and anyone who knows me i prefer taxis but not this time. Staff on the desk are very pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast had a nice mix to it. Each day, it had some hot food, continental, cereals, fruit, a good range of hot drinks, and fruit juice. Our interconnecting room was everything and more. Would happily recommend and restay. Thank you, myo wencelas.

Very clean, warm & shower was awesome. Location is ideal for the town. Lots of local pubs & resaurants to get great value for money food. Breakfast was very adequate with plenty of choice. The hotel have their own taxi and the driver was super helpful. Would recommend ordering the return taxi to the airport as is more reliable all be it a bit more expensive than an uber.

One of the staff must have been having a moment as was almost aloof. Not rude, but not welcoming. However, it didn't ruin our stay.

This hotel positively conquered us, its central location, cleanliness, 4 star hotel with 5-star conditions, fresh and delicious food, parking. Beyond all this, the staff is outstanding in its entirety, from the cleaning staff, to the reception, to the waitresses. Two people worth noting, Olga and Valery, two girls who, through their warmth, respect, charisma and positive attitude, manage to make you feel as if you’ve known them for a lifetime. We send them a hug, this way! You two give even more color to this wonderful hotel!

My charming abode was nestled conveniently close to the iconic Wenceslas Square, a bustling hub of culture and history. Yet, to my sheer delight, the surroundings were blissfully tranquil, allowing for peaceful nights of slumber. As I stepped into the refined atmosphere of my hotel, I was greeted by a warm, helpful staff eager to make my stay extraordinary. It was my engagement anniversary, so they prompt attended me with surprises. The air-conditioned room was a haven of comfort, with ample space to unwind after a day of exploring this captivating city. The attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring a seamless experience throughout. Ah, the breakfast! Each morning, I indulged in a sumptuous spread fit for royalty. A delightful array of options, including smoked salmon, was a delicious way to start my days of discovery. Prague's enchanting streets beckoned, and I ventured forth to uncover the city's treasures. The 24-hour reception was a reassuring touch, knowing that assistance was just a call away. Throughout my escapades, the hotel's strategic location allowed me to reach everything with ease, from historic landmarks to the chicest boutiques. My stay was, without a doubt, one of sheer delight and unforgettable memories. From the splendid surroundings to the attentive service, every moment was wrapped in magic. Everything matched my expectation and few aspects even exceed them (location and safety). Hotel is in few minutes walk from crowded Wenceslas Square were a lot of shopping places and restaurants, but it was very quiet near hotel. Also having police department on opposite site of street work excellent for feeling safe.

We had booked a double room but, upon arriving, we’re delighted to get a free upgrade to a suite. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The taxi to the airport we booked via reception was a few minutes early. The location is excellent, 3 mins walk away from Wenceslaus Square. If we revisit Prague we may well use this hotel again.

Upon arriving the front door was locked. You need your room key to activate the door lock. So a bell for new arrivals would be good.

Our booking was changed from Myo Hotel Wenceslas to Myo Hotel Mysterieus in the Old Town due to overbooking. We were given a larger room at no extra charge. We actually much preferred this location as so close to the Old Town Square so we’re very happy. Self service buffet breakfast, plenty of choice from cold, cooked (egg & meats), cheese, salad, fruits, bread to toast, cakes etc. Great coffee, but tea mainly Lipton lemon tea, ok as long as not wanting ‘English breakfast tea’. Friendly & helpful staff, always offering to help during our staff.
