We stayed in the apartment with a dedicated bedroom, so this feedback pertains to that option. We were completely satisfied; the place was clean and warm, with all the desired kitchenette amenities provided. The large dining table was comfortable for both meals and working on a laptop. The smart TV supports wireless screen sharing, perfect for reviewing photos or videos. We didn't feel a lack of anything; it was a perfect option for a week-long stay. Upon arrival, you receive a door code to enter both the building and the apartment, which is handy in case you forget your room keys. Thanks to the host team!

Over the past month, I visited several hotels in different EU countries, but this one was the best. Despite all of them being in the same price range. The room was exceptionally clean, warm, and cozy. The apartments are located not far from the city center, with plenty of bars, pubs, and grocery stores nearby. I believe this hotel is definitely worth the money.

On the downside, I didn’t like that the hotel requested the city tax to be left in cash in an envelope. I believe all taxes should be handled directly through the booking platform.

I was initially a bit skeptical because this was my first time renting a vacation home – I usually stay in hotels. However, this accommodation exceeded all my expectations! The apartment was not only spacious and beautifully designed but also spotlessly clean. Everything worked perfectly, from the booking process to the check-in and throughout the stay. It’s clear that the hosts genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and satisfaction. I was truly impressed by the privacy and convenience this vacation home offered. Honestly, I can now imagine renting such accommodations more often. If you’re looking for a worry-free and relaxing stay, this is the perfect place for you. Type of traveler: Frequent (Europe) Apartment: Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment with Balcony Duration of stay: 4 nights, mid-February Photos and description of the apartment are accurate. The place is clean (the whole building is spotless), spacious, modern and warm. It is well equipped - hairdryer, iron & an ironing board, kitchen tools and utensils, pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave (there is no traditional owen). Several small wall boards accross the apartment and building are providing useful instructions (e.g. how to use a coffee maker, clean a toaster after usage, handle the garbage, use the washer/dryer room). Or you can simply scan a QR code when you enter your apartment and download a pdf document with all this info, plus a handy guide for Prague (places to see, how to get there, ticket options, shops, restaurants, bars, pubs...) All the locks are open by electronic key or via passcode (entrance to building & apartment). I prefer this method, having had my fair share of issues with traditional locks, but this may not suit those who prefer locks with physical keys. Communication with the host went completely via email and/or Booking messages; a day before arrival I received the self check-in instructions. Again, I prefer this setup, but mentioning it for travellers who like to have staff/receptionist on the premises. Finally, the location is just right, exactly 250m from Karlínské náměstí station where you can take a tram to anywhere in Prague. Or you can walk: 1.3 km to Republic Square (Náměstí Republiky) 1.9 km to Old Town Square, 2 km to Wenceslas Square, 2.7 km to Charles Bridge, etc. If you go left from the building, there is only 1 km (15 mins) to National Memorial on Vítkov Hill. Žižkov Television Tower is also very close - only 1.7 km. Whatever you travel for, you will certainly enjoy staying in this apartment and Prague.

I was notified by the host about Prague City Tax only 24h before my stay. Tax is 2 Euros (50 CZK) per person per night, and it needs to be paid in cash within 24h from arrival. Perhaps finding out about the additional expenses from other reviews is not the best idea - why not simply being transparent and noting it under the Pricing info?

Stayed there for 9 days with my family and really enjoyed it! Our room was clean and comfortable for four of us. When we needed clean towels, the staff helped us and quickly provided them. Also, when we needed help with the washing machine and dryer, they helped us quickly. Very good location, about 20 minutes walk to the center. But the area itself is calm and quiet. There are a couple of local stores with all the essential products and within a 5-minute walk there are large supermarkets where you can buy any products. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends or family. Thanks to the staff who helped us when we needed it!)

Room was thought through for comfort. Enough sink space for cosmetics, 6 hooks for towels in a 5-6 person room. Double door between room and hallway protect from outside noise. Extra airco left by the hosts because of the potential heatwave. Comfy beds and good quality linen and towels. Location was great, next to the police station, tons of restaurants arounds. Walkins distance: 5 minutes to tram, 10 minutes to metro, 20 minutes to old down. We came by train, so we liked being close to train station (1 metro stop). We could also leave our luggage after checkout to spend last day in the city.

The property was located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood very close to the historical center of Prague. The public transportation was very convenient to reach most places of interest in the city, while the Prague central bus station Florenc, that is nearby, makes it easy to travel to the airport or other sites within Czechia The appartment was very spacious and clean and allowed for a comfortable stay of a family of 5 like ours We would stay there again, should we return to Prague

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is ideally located—just a few steps from the subway, tram stop, and a large supermarket. From here, you can easily and quickly (maximum of 20 minutes) reach any main attraction in Prague. The hotel is situated in a very quiet, safe, and comfortable area—waking up in silence right under the tower of an ancient cathedral was a true pleasure. The room has everything needed for a comfortable stay with children, and even more— salt, sugar, coffee, tea, and even oil was a pleasant surprise. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, which is important for longer stays. The check-in and check-out is intuitive and very easy, even a child could manage it. All equipment in the room comes with sticker instructions, which is also very convenient. We will definitely come again and I am absolutely not going to look for another place to stay. We will be staying at Seven Wishes.

The cleanliness could have been better. Upon checking into the room, I had to wash the floors to feel comfortable. Meantime, the room itself is very clean and well-maintained, and all the equipment works perfectly. The room includes equipment for light cleaning.

The first thing my family and I noticed was the high ceiling. It allowed for more natural light to pour into the apartment as well as more breeze in. The beds were super soft and comfy, even the pull-out sofa bed, and there were utensils in the kitchen that we could use.

There's nothing that we didn't like. Continuing the review above, the apartment even had coffee filters for use as well as tea bags (we're big on drinking these). There's a supermarket and lots of restaurants close by. Overall, we're alreading thinking of going back to Prague because of this place, too!
