clean spacious apartments, convenient location - not far from the center and train and bus stations, we walked. shops nearby. there is an elevator! the room has everything you need,

Spent time here for the second time, the room was different from the first. . The bathroom sink didn't work well and the shower door didn't close well. the frying pan is in poor condition and there is no special spatula for it.

About 10mins walk from Prague Main Train Station with luggage. Can walk through tunnel (those tunnels that going to train platforms, there's at least three such tunnels, can Google map which one is nearest towards apartment), will passby a supermarket "Lidl"(quite big but very unorganised), then walk cross the traffic lights, to the left lane, walk a slope n forward. Not difficult to find apartment. There's two supermarkets in train station. "Albert" is at one of the tunnels, small but many necessity, n many freshly baked bread in early morning. "Billa" at basement is bigger and more variety of products. There's a tram station nearby, at Main road, very convenient to go old town. Apartment is clean and big. Kitchen utensils is clean and good, if there's a frying spatula will be better. Both frying pans is badly scratched, we didn't use. Dishwasher is very helpful for us. We stayed at No. 3, first n only unit on ground floor, near building main entrance. It's OK, was worry it might be noisy, but not. There's double window, a window grill outside, so not worry about safety. It's located in a relatively quiet small lane, we met an elderly lady who is friendly. There's a small Asian supermarket along Main street. We've tried "Pork's" pork knuckle and pork rib, very good, nice service too. But need to queue maybe half an hour to enter. It's near Charles Bridge.

The shower head. The shower head holder was fixed too high and not adjustable, I'm 1.63m but even tip toe also can't get the shower head. Water can only reach the shower door when put on holder, impossible to shower, only way is to hold in hand, it's really nightmare to shower. Hope the owner can re-fix the holder and make it adjustable. There's no holder to put shower foam, shampoo/conditioner... had to put all on the floor. There's a lot of small sachets of salt n pepper. No sugar, tea, or coffee. Got coffee filters. There are a few washing tabs provided for the dishwasher, which is good. No washing powder for washing machine, owner did tell.

Stayed for 3 weeks with family in the 2 bedroom apartment. Very basic furniture but got everything needed to stay long term. All kitchen appliances, dish washer and washing machine are there. Bonus point for filter coffee machine Tram and bus 5 minutes walk with easy connection to city center

The water heater consistently broke :( had to call help 2x waking up without hot water. But they were very helpful and fixed it right away also on weekend Internet works in living room but connection doesn't work in rooms, making work impossible in any of the them

Good location, kitchen, and lots of space compared to a hotel. Also the price was not high. It’s quieter than a hotel too.

No reception. So you have to rent a storage locker to store your bags. For long stays, you have to pay extra to have the apartment cleaned, etc, but you don’t get a lower rate than short stays where they might have to clean every two days for the same rate. I have these minor issues with other similar properties, so they are operating the same as other similar businesses. Overall, with these issues the cost savings and kitchen make it worth it.

The apartment looked better in person than in the pictures. The four images per one picture is kinda difficult to see how the apartment is, but it is actually pretty good. It is quite big with high ceilings. In the heat of August weather, this bottom floor apartment was really cool inside, so no AC is needed. It is a short walk to the train station since there is a back entrance at the station that leads to this area. Apartment is really clean and has everything you need. Terrace was pretty cool too. It was a really peaceful area, so quiet at night.

The apartment is in an excellent location,has almost everything, very big apartment, two floors , many bedrooms and beds two bathrooms , washing machine and everything you want in the kitchen equipped with every appliance, a large dining table for 8 people its really worth it. I wanted to extend my stay but unfortunately there was no availability. Had a little problem with the washing machine within minutes they send one of the staff and fix the problem,thank you. For everything.

Nothing, it was a perfect apartment.

Comfortable, spacious but basic apartment, subway/railway 10min walk, sufficient for family of 4 (infant and toddler). Clean bathroom, towels, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and iron board, dishwasher. Enough dishware and cooking utensils to cook basic breakfast and fast dinner. Overall I would recommend this apartment.

Apartment is quiet only if you close windows, otherwise you can hear trains. It was pretty hot inside, but it's summer, you have to expect it (there is working fan). Only downside was baby crib - not clean, found some wipable stains (throw up) and sofa does remember better days.

Nice apartment and very spacious. It was good that there were 3 bathrooms also. Terrace was nice too ,and lots of room to sit out in. It would be perfect staying there with a group of friends for eg

Just a few small things. Would have been nice to have some complimentary tea/coffee and toiletries on arrival for eg The beds weren't the most comfortable Some of the utensils and inside the oven wasn't very clean. While there was a TV there, it could only access YouTube so a little disappointed with that

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, high ceilings, windows that you can open. New elevator in the building. Warm and light duvets. Kitchen is great, it has everything for basic cooking. Dishwasher and washer inside of the apartment. Convenient location. Walking distance from train station, streetcar station, grocery store. Possibility to walk to downtown.

Absence of USB ports for phone. Some noise from trains in early mornings, during the day it was blended with general sounds of big city. Poor wifi signal in bedrooms.

The place was very nice and refreshing, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the big windows was lovely, especially on a sunny day. It was in the perfect location for us: quiet, close to the main train station, in between two major tram and bus stops, a short walking distance from a few local markets, and near some reasonably priced and lively restaurants/bars including this phenomenally authentic Czech restaurant “Sklep”🤤. It was definitely much cheaper to eat and drink in that area than in the center.

The ONLY thing was that the apartment had a strong and lingering “vape” smell throughout our stay, which really messed with my allergies.😞
