We got assigned a high floor for our room and the views were wonderful. Seeing that this is near an office district, the hotel is also next to a co-working/ office space and so it's geared for business meetings and conferences. The room itself is simple but comfortable. The gym is quite amazing and if you workout, this is a wonderful space - except the opening hours are limited so check ahead. Otherwise, the hotel is within walking distance to the trains, trams, and buses as well as The Fields - a nearby shopping mall with food options, shopping, and even groceries.

The hotel would only accept credit cards, they could not simply charge my debit card, which was an issue for me, since my main credit card already had many commitments on it.

Hi We didn’t have any btl water in room And I like the fact your eco friendly but to not give coffee/tea daily in the rooms when not cleaned due to eco isn’t good !..the rooms need a paint also the corridors Shower was poor ! Very slippy in bath !. The staff I did like was the friendly barman davidha /Tarak !.. Also please update your web page on transport from the airport .. as when I did book there was a bus that transfer you every half hr from airport to hotel .. we got a taxi no problems .. No orange juice I could see at breakfast /no scrambled egg ! Today !. The Robinson family

Great location if you are travelling by car as it was just off the motorway junction. Access to Copenhagen (10 minutes)was available via the Metro station just outside the hotel. The choice at breakfast was outstanding.

The room safe was inoperative (could not open) and when we asked if this could be fixed, reception staff were not receptive to our request, saying they had never had a theft from a room. However, they did say they would inform maintenance, but it was not fixed during our stay. Also when we checked out, the reception staff didn’t enquire as to whether we had had a pleasant stay; they just took our payment.

It's a great option if you're travelling because of some concerts in the vast concert hall nearby. It's literally around the corner. I guess the majority of guests stay here when there is a concert or when they have some workshop. It's also a 10-minute drive away from the airport, so the location is quite convenient. The city centre is not far either, but be prepared to pay 30-40 EUR to get there. The breakfast was definitely better than expected. It was roughly the same for both days, though, so if you stay longer, it might get monotonous. But still, it was a good selection, and it cooked well. Definitely coming back when there is another concert happening.

There isn't anything noticeable that I can call an issue. Sure, the bathtub could have been wider or bigger, but I'm 199 cm tall, so this is entirely subjective. Sure, there could have been a wine opener in the room, but we solved this by calling the restaurant and borrowing their opener for the evening. One staff member was a bit rude (not just to us, but to everyone), but I guess it was simply not her day - it happens to the best of us. I don't see any reasons to not recommend the hotel if your "use case" is not sightseeing:)

Great location next to a metro stop and only 10 min to city centre by metro. Very good breakfast with a great variety of food as well as kids table. We really loved how quiet and comfortable our room was. Big parking lot with car charging option is a big plus. We can definately recommend this hotel!

We found the damage deposit to be odd especially because the room is not checked upon the check in by stuff together with the guest. How could you proof that the scratch on a wall is not done by you?! We were aware of the deposit, but still it felt wierd especially coming from a big and known hotel chain.

Very comfortable hotel with grand entrance and bar. Well, obviously, for the price. Location is great for airport or travelling to Malmo. Not so much for visiting Copenhagen, but there is a metro nearby.

The bar closed at midnight on Saturday whilst Eurovision (emitting from Malmo!)was on! Without prior warning, otherwise we could have bought another drink before twelve if we knew! That was highly surprising. Also why do they take a £60 deposit straight when you are checking in??? Over £200 per night not enough to trust your customers? Especially that we are IHG loyalty program members. Then deposit is returned 2 days after checking out! I checked and mine wasn’t, so I had to contact the reception, who required proof of payment?!? Obviously I did get my deposit back, but this created unnecessary angst, so not needed when you are on holiday!

The hotel was very conveniently located just across the street from the metro and train stop. We were there to see a concert at the Royal Arena in Copenhagen, which was literally just across the street. The highlight of our stay, however, was the amazing staff at the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They outlined some areas of interest for a quick day trip into the city center, gave us a detailed map and directed us to the food market for lunch, which was wonderful. Every member of the front desk staff was warm, welcoming and kind. Highly recommend.

Clean and cozy,modern furnished rooms. Good breakfast from 6:30 until 10:30(11:00 for the weekend). Dayli cleaning. Professional staff at the reception,restaurants and cleaning crew. Great location,2 minutes walk to the metro station,train station (with quick and easy connection with CPH Airport). Good shopping mall(FIELDS) with a huge supermarket inside 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We do recommend it!

Location - very close to the metro with good links and access across Copenhagen and beyond. It is easy to get to Malmo for a day trip. It's a clean, spacious hotel. Very good breakfast. Helpful supportive reception staff. Good gym. The room was fine.

Cleaning staff didn't act until 6ish in the evening despite having clean my room sign on my door since the morning and speaking to them about doing my room. I had to go to reception to get it sorted.
