Great breakfast. Guests are asked to make a reservation for breakfast each day.

Hotel is indeed quite close to Tivoli Gardens, but a 30 min walk to the city. As in all Nordic countries staff will not clean your room unless directly requested.

Breakfast selection was excellent and staff were really attentive and efficient. Everything was fresh and lots of it. Rooms were comfortable and well soundproofed with great balcony view and lots of space. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to bus and rail stations for access to Copenhagen central. Plenty of bars and restaurants in hotel as well as a 10-15 min walk takes you into Vesterbro with loads of places.

As this is a conference centre breakfast can be really busy. During busy times food was cold and not replenished. Certain times are really busy including bars and restaurants and can be rowdy particularly downstairs. The rooftop bar is lovely but we went up after dinner and last orders was called 45mins before the bar closed, we were made to feel uncomfortable as staff began intensive cleaning while we finished our drinks. N.b. Hotel is a half hour walk from centre of Copenhagen

Staff were so friendly, helping and welcoming at all times. Always available if needed and super accommodating. Actual hotel itself was so nice to be in - so lovely, warming and colourful. Room was amazing, bed super comfy and amazing shower. Cleaned everyday. Loved the pool and sauna facilities and loved that they were open so late at night.

The swimming pool was quite cold, could’ve been warmer. And slightly annoying that the pool and sauna had to close in the middle of the day for cleaning. The pillows also weren’t our favourite, felt they were a bit flat.

Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Very children-friendly Hotel with a little welcome bag with a small coloring book and coloring pencils, childrens' breakfast buffet section and their own play area in the lobby area. The hotel altogether had many nice perks, also nice view from the top.

The coffee in the room. Sorry to say this, but it's the worst I have ever tasted in a hotel. The cheese for the breakfast buffet was ok, but not impressing. I didn't like the use of disposable cups for coffee for breakfast. This is not environmentally friendly ☹️ and I didn't dare bringing my own travel mug.

The staff were very friendly upon arrival and continued throughout the stay. Great for the kids and they even got a goody bag upon check in. In a great location to visit some local spots including tivoli gardens, food hall, central station and shopping centre. The amenities for children are great, the playrooms kept them busy

The lifts were a nightmare- such a busy hotel only 3 working in each tower they kept us waiting a lot! I felt the cleaners did the bare minimum when cleaning the room- beds sheets were visibly dirty but were not changed, didn't hoover the floor or fill up tissues and took our hotel slippers- nothing too major but when you are paying a decent price for the stay we expect these things to be done.

Fabulous breakfast with lots of choice and good quality food. Service was great. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool, with a good handrail access which made it easy to enter. Sauna was lovely and hot. The accessible bathroom was great, handrails helped that folded down from the wall as well as the walk in shower and hose attachment. We didn’t try the hire bikes but the option was there. The bed was comfy and the lighting good.

Our room was quite small and not much space to get around the bed. For the environment there was no daily cleaning of the bins or towels. We could have asked for it but it just seemed to complicated. Taxis to and from the centre of town were expensive. There was a 7A bus quite regularly. The safe didn’t work and drying towels was hard, could have done with a heated towel rail even at this time of year.

The property was high spec and the breakfast was really good. We upgraded to executive which gives you access to the 11th floor executive area free tea/coffee and small nibbles during the day and free wine/beer, cheeses and bread, cold meats etc between 5 and 8pm. Even if you just pop in before you go out for the night, which is what we did it is well worth the upgrade price. You also get access to executive breakfast which had fresh, high quality ingredients which were well cooked. You can have individual items cooked as well so good value.

We paid to upgrade the room and although it was nice enough there were little things like only paper cups and no real cups and the toilet and shower was more of a wet room. We had an issue with the plumbing and after a night we were moved to a suite which was lovely. To be honest if you can afford to upgrade to a suite it is worth it but I have no idea of that cost. The standard room and the so called upgraded room are pretty basic. Also the lifts are a nightmare. Very small and slow so you get a lot of people packed in a small space. Not good if you are claustrophobic.

Excellent facilties, gym, pool, upmarket restaurants and bars, useful cafe for quick morning coffee, friendly, efficient staff no request a problem and we were checked in to a room at 11am!!!! Non intrusive cleaning staff.. really liked the fact you can request when your room is cleaned and it's great for saving resources..good inititive! Location was fine for us... a nice 10 minute walk along the waterfront or through the city to get to the centre of town or a few stops on the bus. It was good to see a different area of the city

The standard rooms are really well decorated but could just do with a maybe a drawer unit as one small drawer and hanging space may not be enough for some, we asked for more hangers and were only there for 3 nights so no big problem.

Very clean, spacious and well kept. Had everything you needed in the room. Very comfortable bed and well looked after! Easy to travel to the center of town.

I was disappointed to only find out that the swimming pool was closed when I asked about the opening hours on check in. I feel this should have been raised when booking as it was my deciding factor on which accomodation to book! They did offer free admission to a local pool nearby however I spent more money on this hotel to use the facilities within the premises. The room was very warm even when using aircon so I had the window open all night.

Tasteful decor. Choice of restaurants. Sticks and sushi restaurant is great. Good breakfast. Rooftop cocktail bar. Well appointed rooms. Efficient check-in and check-out. Staff friendly (thank you Marta).. Reasonable location. 15 min walk to Tivoli Gardens and Central Station. Good transport options. Bus 7A nearby to there or 26 to Nyhaven. Sightseeing bus from outside. Taxi from hotel to airport 275 DK.

No room cleaning unless requested. Location not quite centra but knew this beforehand. Room was affected by noise from busy railway line but not too badly and not all are affected in this way. Other room had an uninspiring view of a bleak courtyard.
