Breakfast is very rich. Breakfast area is large and comfartable. Lots of tables are avaible.. Rooms are large. Every day they supplied us with a big bottle of water.

Armchair bed is impossible to sleep in triple rooms. I do not recommend to stay here if the third person is adult. They must leave this kind of hosting asap. Check-in starts at 15.00. We arrived at the hotel at 15.40 and the room was not ready yet. We were told to wait for 10 minutes. But they kept us waiting for 40 minutes at the lobby. The staff was very rude and he gave us the cold shoulder. In his opinion that was not in his responsibility. That was weird because for us, there was nobody else to discuss this matter.

The hotel was clean, there was a bus station in front of the hotel. Metro was near by and there were a lot of restaurants near the hotel. the staff was very kind and helpful

the bed was not the double, it was just twin beds made like double, that’s why every time beds splitted. It was not comfortable

Location close to work, bus stop infront of hotel and price was good for business travel. Wifi was good to work in the room. The complimentary coffee and water was an excellent touch. Reception was friendly, quick and easy to issue a business invoice.

The bed was very soft and had a little "hollow" from long use. It was covered by a flat sheet that came off after one turn. I propose to use a fitted sheet. The shower leaks terribly and a better mat is required.

Everything you would expect from a large hotel chain. Things are clean and neat and the staff are friendly. The wifi works well and can stream shows. The breakfast was good quality and tasty, but quite standard. It is not a very touristy part of the city but a good base to explore the rest of the city from.

The bathroom is very small, even in the larger rooms you get a really tiny bathroom. There are a few things that can do with better maintenance. For example the coffee machine in the room did not work, and the shower could do with some new fittings. Otherwise everything is good.

Talking about the property itself: everything is in good condition, close to bis stop and thus to the city Center, even the night line bus stop is available. Would love to stay here

Unfortunately, I was fraud through the booking-app on „behalf“ of the hotel, and I was told that it’s booking.com problem, not the hotel’s. I thought the hotel account security is mostly responsibility of the property, and now I have less trust into these messages, even if they would be beneficial for both sides :/

the hotel room was nice, clean and quiet, the house keeping did a great job everyday to clean our room. The receptionist was nice and kind. i like how the hotel has bar in it and the bus stop was directly in the front of the hotel, really practical.

the shower cabin was not practical because of the gap under the door, it makes the bathroom wet even u already close the shower cabin door properly. because of that we always need a fresh towels and bath mats everyday because of the water leaking everywhere.

We had a lovely room with an amazing view, very clean, all staff members were very nice. Amazing breakfast. The room temperature was also just perfect, and the bed and linen were super comfortable. Overall, we had an amazing stay, thank you!

The bed was amazingly comfortable, the only thing I didn't like is the rubber inner lining which was noticeable when you slept (for me, it meant I woke up a few times because it felt clammy). Our coffee machine didn't work, but that's a detail. The cleaner did come into our room despite the sign saying please do not disturb - thankfully we were already up, but in another context I would have been really mad.

If you travel to Munich by car, this hotel is a good choice. Although not centrally located, it's not far from the city center. With the combination of bus and subway, you can get to the city center easily. You have an Augustiner beer garden nearby, which is a huge plus for people traveling with friends.

In my room, the toilet could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly....

Very good attention from all its personnel

There was no lighting over the desk. Distance to main plaza and attractions wasn't nearby, had to take public transportation.

Nice hotel for a short stay in Munich. Everything meet the standards. Easy enough to check in & get to room without any hassle.

Not really anything I didn't like, if you want less travel using buses/underground maybe being closer perhaps in location. The only thing I can think is the toaster didn't work & that's me being picky.
