The hotel is lovely, the staff extremely kind especially the breakfast staff. The location was a short walk to the Ubaun and buses were right outside. Great neighborhood location if you don't want loud city experience. Best ice cream outside of U baum stop! Beds very comfortable. Bar / restaurant was very lovely too. One of our favorite outings was to the park across the street. Shower had great pressure.

The room was fine a bit small. The weather was quite hot as was our room. We wish there was a fan, air conditioning, or way to get air flowing.

The hotel exceeded the 3 stars. My room was modern, clean had everything I needed. The staff made this hotel stand out. Our visit was to attend Oktoberfest, a busy time for Munich hotels, but nothing was any trouble for them. The breakfast team were marvellous, dealing with 5 Oktoberfest broken men, each day. The location was ideal for travel into Munich centre.

The room and the whole building were very cozy, the place is very well taken care of, clean and fantastically decorated. It makes you feel in Europe. The parking lot is great (it would be nice if they could offer electric car charging).

Breakfast was nice but could have been better. We got sick because of the cheese, and my baby vomited after she had breakfast. Maybe the cheese was not very fresh. Could also include a little bit more of fresh fruit.

The breakfast was small, but had some variety in options. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. For us the location was very good and even if the hotel is facing a busy street, the noise was not reaching in the room we were accommodated.

Quite old fashioned room compared to the price requested per night, but it was very maintained and clean.

Very clean and friendly hotel. Munich was busy when I visited. Staying outside the main city in a smaller hotel had its advantages - pleasant quiet location with a fast connection to the city centre and a comfortable place to stay.

Although the room was expensive, it was relatively cheap for Munich. However that is just hotel prices in Munich.

The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were very welcoming. The hotel is in a good location for my purpose of my stay.

didn’t have any towels in my bathroom the first night of my stay. I arrived after hours where there was no staff available. It was immediately rectified the following morning.

Very pleasant stuff from receptionist to waiters during breakfast. Hotel is 12 min by metro from Marienplatz (city centre) and metro station is 7 min walk. Coffee was good, better then in many 4* hotel and they serve real orange juice (not sirup like many others with higher star ratings). Good quality breakfast

Close to subway to go to octoberfest and restaurant/bar next door. Lady that checked us in was lovely but manager was quite abrupt. The gentleman at breakfast was so friendly and made our stay awesome and ready for octoberfest all dressed up

The pillows were awful. Like a small doona cover in a pillow case

I had excellent breakfast with salmon and homemade confiture in cozy atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and professional. There is good location close to metro (7 minutes a walk) on direct line to Marienplatz.

This rooms can be a bit noisy from road.

Parking place is very limited. Maximum 10-11 cars. If I am aware of this in advance, I won’t select this hotel. If I travel by public transportation, it might be a good choice. Booking should warn the people who plan to travel by car.
