Great location at the airport, easy to get to with the airport shuttle, check-in was quick and smooth. The reception staff helped us so much with finding the right rooms for our family and accommodated a room change with a smile and no fuss. Great service! Especially after a long day of travelling with 2 kids and lots of luggage. We stayed in a triple room, which is great for parents and one child. The common facilities are great with a lot of space, 3 restaurant options and with a modern interior feel. The bar is very good, has a nice vibe and a good barman. A lot of lounge space to use when not in your room. We had dinner at Le Terrase restaurant. The quality of the food was very good, even though the restaurant was extremely busy. This hotel is a great option for a hassle free, comfortable stay at the airport. We took the train to Paris for the day before our flight. The station is just out the hotel door. So easy!

The bathroom is very small in the triple room. No room to turn around. Just a small shower, toilet and small basin. But this is expected at an affordable airport hotel. The positives far out weigh this.

Location was easy to reach, the rooms were comfortable, the games area was great for the kids, the breakfast was wholesome and an attached Starbucks great!

I missed a kettle and tea in the room. The check in queue was long and only two people on the counter. Quicker check in after a flight would help.

The airport location could not be better. It is only minutes walk from the airport and RER station, The room was comfortable and well-appointed. Facilities in the hotel were quite good.

The French restaurant did not open on time, precipitating a rush to the alternative Italian one. There was no notice posted and no staff telling people what was going on, despite a significant line forming. The Italian restaurant was ok, but not as good as the other place from past memory. Staff is always on the aloof or even unfriendly side. I understand this is a busy location, but it differs significantly from other Ibis properties that we use regularly.

The hotel is clean and modern with good facilities on the ground floor-restaurants and bars etc. The staff are really nice,welcoming,friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the newly renovated bathrooms are so much better than before.

The single beds are far too narrow and are quite uncomfortable. This would be an easy thing for the hotel to remedy. The main course in the buffet restaurant could have been a lot better. They tend to use cheap cuts of meat, there was little variety. I did not feel that the 3 course buffet meal at 23 euros was very good value for the money. This is a great shame-as we have stayed at this hotel many times before and the food has been a lot better quality.

2 restaurants- both closed at lunchtime. Had to buy takeaway from Monoprix. Italian restaurant open for dinner but was only serving pizza that night. Yet we had 2 emails from Ibis saying to come and enjoy our wonderful restaurants. Buy coffee or tea and you had to pay extra 1 Euro to have milk added. Time for Ibis Hotels to have a serious look at their food and beverage providers

Location was super handy for our International flight, room a good size and comfortable. Your restaurant with the buffet at 20 Euros was fantastic, quick, fresh and lots of choice- Made it nice and easy to obtain an evening meal. Thanks

when we first arrived via Train, to check in I showed my booking on my phone and the woman (long dark curly hair) she told me we were at the wrong hotel! ( we had been travelling all day from Northern France ) she said that we needed to walk past check in down the foyer across to the other Ibis? so we Did that, to discover an Ibis with a different name , so dragged our luggage back to the main reception again, to wait as it was super busy to then check in with a lovely guy - I explained what we had been told and he was very apologetic- why would you have staff on your front check-in who cant read a booking .com booking is beyond me?, but we got there in the end. However our first impression of this hotel and staff encounter wasn't good, and wasted at least half an hour.

Very friendly, the process of checking in and out was quick and simple. Got a free welcome drink since I'm an Accor hotel member. The room was spotless and modern. Breakfast was included in my rate but unfortunately I didn't have the chance to try it. There are vending machines with food and drink options for late arrivals so people don't go to bed completely hungry, and there's vending machines that stock a plethora of travel necessities that one might need like travel adapters and charging cables. It was super close to the terminal building - maybe a 100m walk - which made accessibility fantastic.

It was a bit confusing how the hotel was layed out, but staff tried hard to explain things. The bathroom looked like a dated cruise ship bathroom, which was strange given the modern look of the room itself. The bed was very hard and pretty uncomfortable, felt like camping out, but the pillows and blankets were really nice.
