A very comfortable airport hotel - big spacious clean room, quiet, comfy beds, excellent shower, nice toiletries. Express checkout was a bonus for our early flights. Accessibly by the free CDGVAL shuttle train, so convenient for all terminals.

It's further from the CDGVAL than it looks (maybe 10 minutes walk), and there isn't a fully covered walkway to get to the hotel - fine if it's not raining, but a bit odd since there are intermittent shelters along the path! The signage from the CDGVAL isn't great and we ended up having to ask for directions from the sister hotel, as the hotel sign is only visible from the other side of the road. The bar closes earlier than we'd expected.

So, we chose to stay at CDG instead of Paris to see if it was a better alternative to staying in the city since we were going to other places in France and knew that the train system was well served at the airport. It took us about 45-50 mins to get to Gare du nord (the express RER B Line would prob. take 30mins) from T3, which was closer to the hotel. You can get a free CDGVAL shuttle between terminals and the hotel is located at the Pr station (Parking R) stop. It's about a 8 min walk to the hotel on a mostly sheltered pathway. I honestly don't know why the hotel has only 3.8 stars on google. The price is competitive but for the comfort and cleanliness, you might have to pay 2x or more for one in Paris. We had a great stay and sure, we had to walk and it took time to get to where we wanted but we knew that.

The only hiccup was that the fridge wasn't working and we only found that out 2 days in so we brought our refrigerated goods to the lobby and they kept them for us in their working refrigerator.

Convenient modern stay within walking distance of CDG- updated and well appointed with lots of amenities. Beautiful bathroom and the hotel allowed for early and convenient check in.

The room was quite hot and unfortunately the fire alarm went off in the middle of night- which apparently happens quite often since the hotel is a new build.

They advertise a shuttle to CDG airport, but they don't tell you its a private shuttle (not a Marriott shuttle and it costs $8 per person and must be scheduled beforehand. There is a CDG interairport train about 500 yards from the hotel that you can walk to, but if you have a lot of luggage (as we did) or its raining out, this is not a good option.

soundproofing from the airport was excellent. window coverings were also heavy and blocked out any light from night lights as well as sun light (I like to sleep in a dark room). Really appreciated hotel's extra contact email describing how to make way from airport terminal to hotel. Another bonus, being near the airport made it easy to get from and to the airport with luggage and not having to rush between hotel & airport (if staying closer to CBD) while navigating public transport and pickpockets.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like about the stay here. Really catered and served its purpose for my stay.

This was the end of a 3 week vacation in France and it was nice staying in a convenient hotel next to the airport. We had an early flight the next day and the van shuttle available (for an 8 euro surcharge) was appreciated. We had a very nice meal the night we arrived and the breakfast buffet in the morning was very good as well. It was a stress free stay which is just what we needed.

A free shuttle to the airport would have been appreciated.

The staff were exceptional. They placed me in my room two hours early and couldn’t have been more helpful. I had a lovely late lunch. The room was spacious and so comfortable. And quiet as I requested. The location is great (when you have an early flight out the following day), a short walking distance to the free airport shuttle. An excellent value. All the staff couldn’t have been warmer or more helpful. I will make a point of staying here again.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was delicious! The room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the easy access to airport terminals and trains to Paris.

I wish there had been a bar of hand soap by the sink for washing hands. There was only hand lotion. I ended up using the body wash from the shower. Most hotels offer one or two bottles of water gratuit. I would have appreciated that. But these are small quibbles for what was a comfortable and excellent stay at the Courtyard Marriott.

This location is in close proximity to the airport. Staff was very friendly and professional. Check-in process was quick. Very nice, clean, property.

We were awakened at 0530 am on the morning of our chekout to the startling sound of the smoke alarm going off. I called the reception desk to inquire about what was going on and if we needed to evacuate, there was no answer. My husband and family quickly grabbed our things and exited the building as most of the other patrons. No receptionist at the front desk to notify us of what was going on anad kitchen staff carried on setting up for breakfast as if nothing was going on. I think this could have been handled differently and definitley helped to ease the fears and anxieties of those entrusting our care and safety to this location/organization.
