Good location, it has free parking where you find space all the time, staff was amazing specially the staff who works in the kitchen, for example we was a bit late for breakfast and with all the politeness they didn’t mind making breakfast for us where they didn’t had to, there is a lady who serves in the restaurant she is so welcoming, kind and friendly (lady with curly hair brunette) . I went there with my kids and they also loved it, the only one bad thing i can say is even though i paid for my stay beforehand they still asked 100 deposit which was annoying as some people are there on limited budget like my self. Other than the deposit it was perfect

Did not had breakfast there because there is so many good option outside in the city.

We checked in early in the morning at 2 am and the front desk assistant at that time was rude and not helpful at all. We have an about 5 suitcases and no proper info and guidance were provided. The room is not up to the standard for what we paid. Bed is way too small and there was an issue with the phone and the bath room shower as well. We are mostly outside the hotel for the whole day only need a comfortable place to sleep and freshen up. Have spoken to the Manger Rosey about the issue and she has been very helpful and upgraded us to a suite. Thank you Rosey.

Breakfast was great & day staff were wonderful

The night employee could’ave been better with his explanations, his english was too fast, it was hard to understand him with his heavy accent.

The competent and courteous staff went beyond our expectations to check us into our family rooms whilst they were simultaneously dealing with an extremely large group of arrivals. The pool was a particular highlight as it was warm and clearly looked after.

Not a negative: the restaurant seemed to cater to large groups (maybe this was due to the Olympics), the buffet was a wide range of French favourites that were delicious! Perfect for families.

Lovely room , we got a surprise upgrade thank you! Happy with everything in general and will definitely be back!

We had to leave very early for a flight In the morning , there is no longer a shuttle at that time which is unfortunate as there used to be so we organised a taxi . He was late , very pleasant though however the price we were told was not the same as quoted to us at the front desk so we paid him more. Pricing and timing need to be more accurate otherwise he got us there and was a very nice man. The main restaurant was not open so we ate at the bar... but re -heated frozen pizzas are not fantastic I think there could be a better option.

As many flights were cancelled, overload of visitors were in the hotel. It was stressful situation but hotel managed to keep it under control. It was nice to see how well they managed it! Hotel is super nice, rooms are big, air condition inside, quiet. Breakfast was very good compared to other Parisian hotels where they serve only croissants. Here is was a lot of option. Staff was so lovely! Also they offered free shuttle. There is also a pool in the hotel. Overall it exceeded my expectations fully!

It’s fantastic for a stop over from the airport . The hotel offers a shuttle but to the airport. The rooms are large and although can vary a bit in quality are generally very good value and spacious and quiet. The bar is very comfor table and the Japanese bar was very good. Very friendly driver to the airport in the shuttle bus

The room I stayed in the first night was a bit run down and the tv both nights / stats didn’t work

Front desk man his name is Hamad was very pleasant and kind. Always greets with a smile and very helpful. Also a lady name Souad in charge of the breakfast Buffet was very pleasant and hospitable. The free shuttle between the hotel and the airport was a big plus for us. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The location is 10mn away from the CDG Airport. Aladdin, the receptionist was very helpful, as we had an issue with the shuttle pick up at the airport after a long and tiring trip. Aladdin managed in a very professional way to make our stay at Millenium very pleasant. The room we were given was very comfortable with a good heating system, clean and very comfy bed.

The shuttle service, as the driver was very arrogant and unprofessional. He made us wait in the freezing cold weather for half an hour in order to pick up another client and drop him in a hotel nearby Millenium. Instead of saving the trip and taking us with him and drop us on his way, he left us there waiting in zero temperature to come back after half an hour to pick us up. On the hotel's side, it just lacks a restaurant that has a variety in its menu, as it only has a sushi place and a pub that also serves only pizza. No water bottles in the room but there was a machine at the entrance from where we got our water.

We stayed here many times before. Good to see refurbishment since our previous stay. Preferred Irish pub but Moonsushi cafe ok.

Pick up at airport changed since previous stay, had to wait 45 minutes for pick up. Time schedule & frequency could be improved. 30 euros rather expensive for short taxi drive to airport.
