The staff were extraordinary. I would like to mention all staff by names (e.g. Rudy, Inan, Andi) but there are so many, but Courtyard by Marriot should be proud of their employees. The chefs and dining staff were exemplary - as a vegetarian, they went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. Reception, bar and cleaning staff were so helpful and obliging. The location was the best

The only thing I would comment on is the AC - engineering were great and tried to rectify the situation (too hot in the room, even when AC set at 18), but my need for a cold room may have been unreasonable. Engineering arranged a platter of fruit to apologize for any inconvenience

Room is very modern and clean, lot of power outlets (especially USB port for charging our gadgets). I stayed for 7 nights in their premier room, it has a comfortable work chair & table for me to do my work during the 3 nights of my stay.

The internet is really bad, I couldn't have a proper online conference call with my work colleague (which kinda defeats the purpose of having a work chair & table to do some work).

The bed is comfortable, the room is clean. The smell of all areas of the hotel is really nice and relaxing. I like so much the special free dof charge coffee drip they gave us, not only the usual coffee in sachet because I need coffee for work and I like good coffee (and maybe all coffee lovers will like it). They also gave us 'oncom' crackers for free.

It's very hard for me to find any. But it will be more helpful if the replacement of the bath gel is continuous at least every time they clean the room because the bath gel tube is very small to be used for two person take a bath two times daily

Lovely room. Comfy bed. USB sockets. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Staff excellent. We didn't use the facilities but looked good. Nice restaurants nearby easily accessible by Grab.

Nothing really. I think if we went again we'd stay near or at the trans luxury but it was too pricey. Even better selection of restaurants near there. The Courtyard was great value for money.

Breakfast are delicious. The hotel also located in one of iconic places in Bandung, it is easy to find food around hotel by walk, or using public transport (angkot).

The pool is small, and old. The parking area in basement is not recommended for big car, better ask to park outside (they provide in backyard of hotel)

The room was well appointed with good sized bed, amazing sheets and pillows, and a decent bathroom with a wetroom-type shower.

The room was slightly dusty but seemed to be dust from sheets as it did not have a carpet floor but hotel was quick to remedy this.

staffs were super friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent, delicious! room was modernly furnished, the long sofa by the window was comfortable and instagrammable.

water wasn't really that hot (a lil bit over lukewarm)

The breakfast was amazing. Various choices including instant noodle (Indomie)

Hotel generally clean, seems it had just recently renovated?, well maintained, hospitality was great and centrally located in the main road of Dago. Everything is within a short drive/walk. Great food available around the neighborhood Overall, I had a great stay. Hotel adapts well to the pandemic. Did not make a fuss of gojek/grab delivery. They help to deliver the food to the room, personally for me this is adding so much to an awesome customer experience. With most of the culinary close during PPKM, delivery is the next best thing and with the hotel being understanding and offers flexibility, two-thumbs up! Staff was all nice. Reception, security, cleaning ladies. Room layout is awesome with big comfortable couch overlooking the city (I stayed in Deluxe King), view was amazing. This couch can even be converted into a sofa bed, decent enough to accommodate more people Nothing exceptional; but nothing to complaint about amenities. The basic is there

Some part of the property is quite old. Eg parking is dark (needs more light) and can felt a bit unsettling esp when you arrive at night. From the parking, more signage is needed to provide direction, took a while for us to find the elevator.
