the website tells that there are shuttle bus from airport to the hotel but the shuttle bus stopped services. this caused me a lot of inconvenience.

Perfect location for Hotel near airport. Value of money for budget hotel. Airport shuttle bus just right in front of the hotel. (200 JPY per adult) Close to Rinku station. 10 minutes walk to Fast food, restaurent and Rinku Premium outlet. Good quality and variety of Breakfast option. Helpful and Delicate staff.

Only heater inside room, need to turn off heater and open the window to get the fresh air flow inside the room.

The room was large, which is a premium when you have stayed in other places in Japan. The modern chic decor was nice, and there was good sound-proofing. The 24-hour Family Mart on the second floor of the hotel was a welcome convenience for guests. The location was excellent for those coming in/departing from Kansai International Airport - take one stop to Rinku-Town Station and exit via Exit 5 of the station. The hotel is a 1-minute walk along the overhead bridge connected to the station. The free shuttle buses to and fro the hotel were also much appreciated, but make sure you check the specific timings available. The Rinku Premium Outlet and Seacle Mall were both within a 10-minute walk from the hotel, so you can conveniently drop off your shopping bags.

While the rest of the room was updated and nice, the toilet looked dated and could have been cleaner - there were some hairs on the wall and the shower curtain had a musky smell. They were not major turn-offs though.

The hotel is very reachable like less than 10 mins from Rinku Town Station by the sky walk (though I got confused a bit trying to find the entrance). The room looks dated but meet standard of Japanese hotels - equipped with necessary things I need. Very close to the airport and there are shuttle bus to the airport from 5.20 am. Very convenient! Very close to Rinku Outlet and Rinku Pleasure Town Seacle for last minute shopping and there I would recommend jumping on the Giant Ferris Wheel. The view of Osaka Bay is unbeatable especially during sunset! There is also Family Mart just on the second floor so no need to worry about food and drinks.

love the location. 5min walk on pedestrian bridge linked to the hotel from JR rinku town station. good choice for transit. easy access to a 24h large discount shopping stores we could make some last min shopping for skincare items n snacks as souvenirs. Room n bathroom were relatively more spacious than ours in the city, love it with window overseeing outside (some rooms in the city have only frosted windows). very clean room n comfortable bed. courteous staff.

would have been a 10 rating but was disappointed as the free shuttle bus service by the hotel was fully booked when we checked in. it was holiday season so hotel could have anticipated the demand and planned additional resource / support afterall i believe the free shuttle service could have been one of the key factors for the choice of this hotel, it was for us at least.

Very conveniently located near the airport and the Rinku Outlet shopping mall. It's great to cater a stay here on the last day of your trip to do some shopping before departure. There is also a supermarket and chemist across the road. And a hospital too. The hotel has a huge lobby and a convenience stall in the premise. Breakfast was wonderful and offers a good range of choices. Coffee to go is also available. They do offer free shuttle bus services to and from the Kansai International Airport. Parking is also free (grab a coupon and have it validated at the reception)! Rooms are also huge. English speaking staff at the reception!

We picked this hotel because we arrived in Japan late at night, and we just wanted to have a quick dinner nearby, then rest. The location was very convenient, direct access from the train station, although the entrance was a little tricky. There was shuttle bus service, but only by reservation (we didn't use it, we were going to the city). The room was good, the space was just nice and comfortable. We also had nice breakfast with lots of kinds of food and drink.

The bathroom was a little cramped, but it was okay since that's the typical size in Japan. The breakfast area was rather limited, although it wasn't crowded either. I was just worried in case there were many people going for breakfast.

A hotel meant for stay after arrival or before departure. There is nothing much to do within the hotel if the stay is longer than that. Saw many air stewards and stewardess checking in and out of this hotel. Breakfast variety was reasonably adequate. There was a supermarket named "Trial" across the road, easy to do last minute shopping. We took a train from kansai airport and alighted at the next station. Walked for about 5 mins and reached the lobby of the hotel - didn't recall lifting luggages on stairs. Staff assisted with check in and after we settled our belongings in the room, we went to a convenient shop within the hotel to grab some microwavable/easy food before going to bed. Car rental companies are walkable from hotel.

The hotel is within 5 minutes walk from the Rikku Town subway station and 10 minutes from the Rinku Premium outlets which is a great place for shopping duty free luxury products. The breakfast served at this hotel had a wide variety of dishes to choose from and my family had a filling and delicious breakfast there. The room is very spacious and full of essential items like hair dryer and toiletries etc.

The bed mattress at this hotel is quite hard and it might not be confortable for some travellers. They only provide free bus shuttle services to Kansai international airport before 10am each day.

Explanation to the shuttle bus service was bad. Took the train instead. I nearly missed my flight because I was searching for the shuttle bus stop. Hotel needs to improve on this service or stop recommending the bus and advise taking the train.
