The room was fine and the breakfast was good. The Japanese style breakfast is defintely the best option.

The shuttle only operates in the morning from the hotel to the airport at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30. This was not clear. We were arriving in the evening after a long flight and expecting a shuttle. In the end we took a taxi . Also its not so near a station, not that we wanted to deal with finding our way with luggage on arrival. So it's not as convenient as advertised.

Simple hotel close to KIX airport. We chose to come by taxi (30 Euro) but the train is a cheap and fast alternative. Nice, typical Japanese room with two comfy beds. Bath is a bit small, but do-able. There is an izakaya connected to the hotel that serves good food and is open until 23.00. The hotel provides a happy hour with free drinks from 1700-2300. Breakfast has a choice between Japanese and Continental. We had the Japanese and it was more than enough. Staff was pleasant and spoke good English.

Room and bed was big for Japanese standard (at least compared to my stay in Tokyo a few years earlier). Staff was friendly and helpful and we felt welcome. The airport transfer service was great and we easily could reach our plane. The free drinks for the happy hour (15:00-23:00) were a nice addition. It offered alcoholic drinks (red wine, whisky and sake?). Hot coffee from a machine and soft drinks. Location has a great cheap supermarket around the corner, a small shrine and very close to the train station, but far enough and covered not to hear the train. Quiet inside and around the hotel. Would clearly go again. With a third bed, it would even be a available base to explore Osaka and nearby surroundings, as the train connection to Osaka and Exchange stations are also given.

Nothing to complain, all was great.

- location. super near izumisano station, 2-3 mins' walking distance - surrounded by alot of local eateries, found one that served very delicious grilled chicken specialty (refer photo attached), which is near the station. will pass by on the way to hotel - at the station (which means near hotel as well), has convenience store and also matsumoto kiyoshi and some other shops - has coin laundry etc, very complete - has free shuttle bus to airport, as early as 520am - staffs were very polite, friendly and helpful - room was clean and complete, and spacious too

- the location tagged was to the carpark, and it has many names on google eg. kansai airport izumisano first hotel, kansai airport first hotel, first hotel, to the point that we're not too sure are they the same, just incase there are similar ones...

The staff was very kind and helpful. It can be easily reach by train from KIX and it is not far away from the station. There is a free transport service to the airport on your last day until 9.00 am. The japanese-style breakfast was so delicious.

Unfortunately the aircondition must be cleaned. There was a mobile climacool system instead. It worked well.

Very near the airport and they offer free shuttle service to the airport as well. Also Rinku town which is huge outlet village is only one train stop away. So if you like shopping it’s place for you. Staff was very helpful and super friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Free alcohol bar was a huge plus and fun.

If you need a place to stay before your flight this is the place for you but if you want to stay here other than that it’s little far away from everything. Also a little expensive and outdated for the price we spend here.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They were they responsive to my messages and went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth stay. The facilities were good, as well as added on services like hotel breakfast (you have to pay a little more but it was not very expensive) and there was even a liquid buffet in the evening (the alcohol is not magnificent but for the price, it was really good). It was very close to the airport too. Would definitely stay again!

The best stay ever I have in Osaka, when we 1st arrived at night was greeted by the friendly staff and helpful staff which helped us with our many big luggage bag and they having a lucky draw so lucky my son get the gold ball which is 3000 yen winning. We are so happy and the best is we went to the room and it is so big and easy for me to pack again my luggage. The best things is they have a wake up call which we wont miss our flight in the early morning 4am they already called us and the van reached at 5.20am to fetch us to Airport. The best hotel I ever stay, hope to stay 2 nights instead of 1 nights because not enough and so close to eateries and convenience store. Thumbs up for good service and everything.

I like the airport service to the shuttle the best. I also like the happy hour where I can chill and drink a few cups of drinks. The place has good value for the price I paid. Has microwave and laundry area as well!

Pillows, not the best but is good enough.

Easy to locate the hotel, there was a sign as First Hotel and you can see the hotel from walking distance. I like my single non-smoking room on the 8th floor. I have my very own privacy. The bed is spacious and the private bathroom is enough to accommodate for a single person. Izumisano is a quiet place and I really like about it. The train station is just 2-3 mins away. Vending drinks machines are located nearby and it really saves me a lot. The bus shuttle is just right beside the hotel, the bus driver is really kind, hardworking and punctual old man.

I have to wake up early from exhausted solo travelling and didn't get enough sleep due to the cleaning service who had a duty to clean the room at around 9-10am. Such a polite, lovely and hardworking lady, but I wish to stay a bit more late before going out. But I really respect the lady.
