Diana at check-in is professional and efficient, cheerful and engaging. The room was large, clean, the bed very comfortable, and WiFi was consistent The lobby is modern, the bar area is comfortable, the space is open yet cozy. The tall young man tending the bar (named Moises maybe?) was very pleasant, spoke very good English and was fun to visit with (I had actually arrived a day early after a long drive) while having a beer. Ms. I. Pargarido is an exceptional and charming host for breakfast, quiet, efficient, and welcoming. The breakfast cook prepared a lovely omelet, and the servers are delightfully attuned providing good service without too much hovering about.

A trifle really, but It seemed my room was cleaned even though I had left the sign on the door to not be disturbed.Unfortunately they didn't fill the shower soap bottle while they were at it.

The breakfast was of great quality. The staff were extremely friendly, with particular shoutout to Leonor at the front desk. And the hotel's decorations and design were very nice.

The layout of the room for its toilet and shower especially were very odd and not very enjoyable. The room also stank of cleaning product upon arrival to the point we desperately had to air out the room as it irritated the lungs. And after having left the room to go and explore the city, we returned to find our room stinking again but this time due to a foul smell down the sink's drain. Both were fairly easily aired-out but were not pleasant moments.

Superb hotel. Great location. Excellent staff. Breakfast absolutely outstanding. Restaurant wonderful. Pet friendly. Easy parking. The rooms are well designed and very comfortable and a good size. Great shower. Nepresso machine in the rooms and a kettle as well as a fridge. We had 2 evening meals in the hotel and these were superb. Not cheap by usual Portuguese standards but great value for money considering the quality of the food and the service. The choice in the restaurant is excellent as well, with several vegetarian, meat and fish options. All of the staff were very professional and friendly. A special shout out to Isabel on reception who was extra helpful and welcoming. There is an additional €25 per night for pets, which is on the higher side for a surcharge but okay and does include a small bed. The breakfast really is something else. I can’t do it justice with words to be honest.

I’m really nitpicking here as this is a fabulous hotel… breakfast starts at 7am. An earlier start at 6:30 would have suited me better as I needed to be out before 7am on one day for an event, but I made up for the next day at breakfast 😉 The 20kg weight limit on dogs is a little low… there is no weight limit on humans… It would be nice if the SportTV available on the TV in the rooms was the SportTV that shows actual football and not the version where it shows people watching the football… But honestly these are minour things.

The room was very clean and modern. The parking for the car was convenient. The location for the hotel was excellent and the facilities were all in top shape. The breakfast buffet for 15 euros was a great value given the wide choice of items and quality of the food.

The room’s separate small bathroom and shower was not the best layout. The bathroom door that did not extend to the ceiling was lacking some privacy. My only real complaint is the front desk clerk seemed a little annoyed when I asked a few simple questions about the buffet and parking.

This is a highly recommended place to stay in Évora. About the room - very spacious, comfortable bed, comfortable lighting. Nice equipment as well (a nespresso and smeg water heater and fridge). The blinds make the room quite dark, the aircon is not noisy at all and works super well. Breakfast is a 10 - the team is super friendly and lovely (highlight to the lady in the egg station, she can make a truly great omelet!), the food is great and the place is super beautiful. About the parking space - we stayed here during winter (mid-end of may) so I don’t think that’s when the hotel would be super busy, but there was plenty of free spaces to park at within the hotel parking lot. Outside of the hotel you also have public free parking spaces

Reason why I’m not giving it a 10 is due to the shower - not enough pressure on it and the water takes quite some time to heat up.

Overall design of the hotel is very nice and modern. Very comfortable, clean, modern, room. Perfect location for exploring the walled-city portion of Evora. Great breakfast. Very good restaurant. Nice rooftop bar/pool (although the pool is a little odd - very shallow. Not good for swimming, but ok for cooling off on a hot day).

Would be nice if the pool were a little deeper (although not much they could do about that now :) There was little bit of confusion over breakfast. At check-in, I thought I was told breakfast, while not included, was 10 euro/person. In retrospect, I think I misunderstood and that that price only applied if I informed the front desk that I wanted breakfast. Instead, I just went to the dining room and ended up being charged 15 euro/person. Still not a bad price, as the breakfast was quite good.

I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10. First, it is in a great location. You are in the centre of the lovely Town in under 10 minutes with a slight inclined walk. However, you easily park your car right outside and don't have to drag your suitcases over cobblestones. Second, someone really thought about the design of the rooms. The bathroom and toilet are separate rooms and the vanity basin is outside both. The only downside is there is nowhere to put your clothes in the shower or have privacy if you are travelling with friends or family and not as a couple. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds comfortable. The lighting is great and there are three mirrors. Third, the hotel is less than two years old and is modern and very clean. Four, the breakfast was fantastic. Such variety and everything was very fresh. Finally, the staff were exceptional, the best that we have ever encountered anywhere. Everyone (reception, breakfast and housekeeping staff), were friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming and clearly enjoyed both their work and working together. A special mention to Ana and Isaque at breakfast. We stayed four nights and didn't want to leave.

The room was very comfortable, traveler-friendly, warm and welcoming. The way it's laid out is perfect: shower separated from toilet, and a spacious area around the sink, outside of both shower and toilet. There was room to put luggage and a couch/sitting area with comfy cushions. Huge TV screen, which we didn't use ... but good for people who might want to. Coffee and tea were offered as amenities in the room, and a little plate of sweets was brought to us in the later afternoon. We got there 2 hours early and were checked in right away, with a warm welcome.

The breakfast was ample (for 15 euros) but for those who only want coffee and a croissant, there was no option.

The breakfast has a lot of variety, and good quality. The staff is nice, always available and kind. The facilities are very comfortable and the decoration is beautiful. There's an interesting gym, with towels and a possibility of asking for earphones at the reception. We really enjoyed our short stay (2 nights)!

A little expensive compared to other options in the area. The breakfast is 15€ if you pay before, and 20€ if you pay in the day. Having dinner is also overpriced.

The hotel was opened in December 2023 so it was a bonus to be in such a new hotel environment. Whilst there is still some completion work going on outside, it doesn’t detract from the comfort level inside. We received a very warm welcome one at check-in, and a helpful map to consider some dinner options close by (excellent recommendation to Vinho e Nóz). My sister was with her two small/medium dogs in a disabled room which was easily booked as a room option. Breakfast options were excellent; the beds were very comfortable along with plenty pillows. We easily parked at the hotel (this was early March), but there is plenty public parking close by.

There are are no dropped kerb / access areas to use a mobility scooter from the disabled car park space into the hotel. In fact, the area beside the disabled space to the hotel entrance is blocked off with plants for guests using the outside seating area. As a result, the paving stones make for an uncomfortable ride towards the hotel entrance
