The room was spacious and very nice...super comfortable bed, two big closets, big bathroom with all toiletries included...soap and hand lotion at the sink, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the shower. The breakfast was amazing...so many choices, good coffee, friendly staff. I would fall asleep at night looking forward to breakfast in the morning! The hotel is about 15 minutes outside city center, and it's an easy drive if you have a car...but what I loved is that there is a light rail train within a five-minute walk that takes you a few stops to the Metro #10 line, and from there it's a quick trip into the city. Super convenient! There is a huge Carrefour less than 5 minutes by car and even a reasonable walk. The room had a small fridge so I was able to store some essentials. On-site free parking and a small bar/restaurant. I would a million percent stay there again.

This is not even a criticism, just something a little peculiar: in my room, a junior suite, there were two big closets but no drawers to put away clothes!

Perfect cleanness. Extremely friendly, attentive, courteous staff. The air conditioner worked well in the room. Very convenient design of windows and shutters. We could get a good sleep in the morning. I didn’t find the numbers of receptionist for booking coffee in the room. So I had to go down to the restaurant. But breakfast was prepared instantly! The staff in the restaurant is very nice, thank you!

The hairdryer annoyed me. Turned off every 2 minutes. And I couldn’t find a sign with phone numbers to contact the reception and order breakfast inthe room. This service may not be available…

The room was big, the bathroom was also large with shower and a separate Tub and bidet. The location is on the outskirts of Madrid about 13 minutes driving to city center so not bad. The parking was for free.

The hotel from out side looks outdated but inside its not. The room had bretty bad A/C ( not blowing strong or cold) and when I asked the reception they said " we are restricted by the Madrid regulations". Which I'm not sure if it's true or not

My room was a good size, very clean with air condition. I had a double bed with extra pillows. Mini bar with fruit juices, water and can drinks, replenished every day. My luggage was delayed at the airport but when i arrived at the hotel, the lovely receptionist ensured i had complimentary toiletries, water and phone charger. He went above and beyond to show me where the local shops were in case i wanted to buy replacement items during my trip. I didn't get to thank him properly when i left. He was on duty on 19th August. The hotel offeres hot or cold breakfast, delicious 😋 fresh fruit and fresh juices all loyally bought. English speaking staff around who made my stay worthwhile because i don't speak Spanish. The view from the dining area is amazing (see pictures). Lots of parking space. If you want to take public transport to town, there is a bus stop a few yards away from the hotel. Gran Via is 15 mins away via uber, Zielo shopping centre also 10 mins away. The area is so clean and quiet. Uber taxi was about 10-11 Euros to the town centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They ordered a taxi for me and it was on time with no problem. It was very clean and quiet. I definitely recommend.

The building itself, especially the exterior, could use some renovation. In general, though, I have no complaints. Good value for your money.

I liked the friendly staff including front desk, house keeping and dining room attendants. I loved the breakfast, it was good every day. My room was comfy with a TV and a safe for valuables.

There was no ice machine available for general use and I had to go to front desk. No microwave or coffee pot in the room.

The i Hotel is ideal for business in Ciudad de Imagen. It has a carpark if you are driving. It is 400 meters from the light Metro which goes into central Madrid with one change of Metros. There is food at the hotel and several eating places in the locality. The M40 Madrid ring road is 1km from the hotel, so getting in and around Madrid by car is simple.

The hotel rarely opens its restaurant for dinner, and eating in the bar is basic, but not fine dining! Pozuelo with an amazing choice of eateries is a short taxi ride away. Unlike central Madrid, the hotel tends to close down relatively early for Spain, so do not expect to get a drink much after 11pm.

Comfortable room and great location for the purposes that I was in Madrid. They have padel courts outside which I have used a number of times in the past. I come to this part of the world every year and will definitely be booking in here again.

It was a nice room, the Minibar was a must and it's a bonus 'coz it was very hot in Madrid. When we got to the room the air conditioner was on, something I appreciated .

On a Saturday morning a staff cutting the grass with a mower woke me up.that noise annois me lots.I think that's something you could let for the afternoon o later in the morning....
