The room looked nice and the staff was wonderful, helpful and caring!

I booked for 2 beds BUT one bed the mattress was awful, I kept sliding down the one side as the mattress had a bid dip in it. THE OTHER PROBLEM WAS THE BATHROOM WAS LEAKING WATER, coming from a leaky toilet and water could be seen raising up through the seams of the wood floor and the bathroom had a musty smell to it. I told the night staff at the front desk about the water on the bathroom floor and was told someone would take care of it. I believe all that was done was to clean up the floor. The wet floor was continued. When checking out I informed the lady at the front desk and also had to come to the room and see it. She stated that she would inform the manager when he came into work today. I hope it is being taken care of so others won't have the same problem in Room 114.

Nothing at all, they made necessary accommodations with me and my children. Stay make sure they were comfortable. Had breakfast had all the towels and washcloths that they needed very nice people that works at la Quinta Inn and suites

The staff are very welcoming and attentive to your needs. They have a nice hot breakfast offering .For a budget hotel they do provide nicer quality bed and bath linens.The hotel is very close to Sawgrass Mills and great dining options. They are also a pet friendly facility. My family and I needed a later check out due to a change in my flight and they were able to accommodate us immediately.

Sometimes the carpeted areas smell off and that’s because of the pets. This can be fixed with frequent use of odor eliminator or deodorizers .

I received a room on the 4th floor . I must say everything was excellent very clean and had a nice pond view that had a nice eco friendly vibe.Hot Breakfast was great with good variety and coffee options. Close to the Sawgrass mall and great seafood restaurants. I would definitely stay here again . I needed a later checkout and was accommodated with no hesitancy. I appreciated that thank-you.

It's very close to the mall which made it so convenient for shopping, also not far from the airport. The price was great as well. It's really great if you're looking for a hotel to stay at night when you're on the move all day.

The breakfast needs some work. It was the same thing every day. If they had more options, it would have been better.

Quite close to Sawgrass Mills mall. Nice size room with two tv"s but only one pilot. Nice wiev over a pond with a water fountain. A pool we did not use. Breakfast with waffles that we fried ouserselves. No drinking water. No meat. The Hotel looks great.

Small bathroom and in the bottom of the bathroom it was a little bit greasy. We did not use it due to that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel allowed us to feel safe considering it was our first times traveling alone. The room was good for the price we paid.

Although the room was okay, it did feel a little dingy, nothing too bad just didn't really want to use the shower much.

Front desk i believe her name is Jessica (short curly hair, slim ) she was EXCEPTIONAL!! Great attitude & so was the gentleman. Room was nice & clean. It's rare to go to a hotel & the bathroom is actually CLEAN!! I commend the hotel

Why are smokers allowed to sit so close to the pool area where kids have to swim? Every time someone came to smoke we had to quickly remove the kids

Breakfast was in a neat location by the pool and you can see the palm trees the location was great because it was near all the shopping

What I didn't like was that the elevator did not work fast on the first two days we was there but other than that walking up the stairs gave me time to exercise anyway

ALL "BREAKFAST", "ROOM". AND "LOCATION" WAS GREAT. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT WITH VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM. THE ROOM AND THE LOCATION WAS VERY SATISFYING. THE STAFF WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL WILLING TO ASSIST WHERE NEEDED.

I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NO DAILY CLEANING OF THE ROOMS AND THE REPLACEMENT OF CLEAN TOWELS ON A DAILY BASIS.
