Your in a suburb and everyone I encountered was very courteous, polite and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast met my needs, however if you need different food options, you are within walking distance of a Starbucks, Chick filet, Taco bell, and other food amenities in North point Market and North Point mall.

It is obvious, that the hotel is a little run down, and I did see a few bugs, But please keep in mind the area is in the deep woods and they are on a 3 day cleaning schedule for environmental reasons. So it was not a deal breaker for me. There were other guests who left empty cans and boxes outside their rooms, but there was a room with a garbage and recycling receptacle.

It was a very positive surprise for me. After staying in many other motel-like hotels on the boundaries of the cities, I had much worse expectations. This was the best one motel/hotel place I have ever stayed in! It was: -clean -there was a nice area in the lobby to have breakfast or to relax -there was a gym -room was big and very clean -there was a microwave in the room -there was good tea available 24/7 and a few kinds of coffee -the staff was helpful and very nice to interact with -the price was reasonable, which makes it a good deal

I am not sure, but it seemed like there were some homeless people in the hotel during the breakfast, but maybe that is just how some of the guests look like...

I was really impressed! The staff was friendly. The facilities were wonderful & clean. It was the perfect location for my needs.

2 things … 1. the shower. The drainage was super slow which grosses me out. I don’t want to stand in other peoples muck. And the water pressure was eh. Not much pressure at all. 2. Not enough elevators. This hotel seemed to be pretty high traffic… but if you’re anywhere other than the first 2 floors & it’s busy, you could be waiting several min. to get on the elevator & it will most likely be shoulder to shoulder with others.

•The rooms were clean and spacious. •This is a completely smoke free property. •The breakfast was very simple, but everything tasted fresh and items were replenished often. •The front desk people were very kind and helpful. •The workout facility seemed nice and there were many machine options. •Overall, our one-night stay was very pleasant.

•While there was a small market in the hotel intended for convenience store items, it was very understocked. There were slots for a variety of items, so we may just have visited on a low-stock day. This isn't a huge deal, but I thought it was worth noting.

Property is in a very convenient location and is well-lit, which was great bc I checked in late. The night front desk clerk was very nice and helpful, had everything ready for me when I got there. My room was huge and very clean, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well stocked. I missed the breakfast bc I slept in, but it smelled delicious.

The elevators are a little slow, but they are also doing a lot of remodeling so that may have been the reason.

Great location to Ameris Bank Amphitheater and Restaurants. Bed was comfy.

The maids and janitorial staff were phenomenal! Very helpful, friendly and kind. The front desk staff were not real warm and fuzzy. I had an issue during my stay. I lost my car key. Had to call a tow truck and deal with car dealership. It was a nightmare. I had to stay an extra night. I tried to explain that I may need help, but ultimately no one cared. But, I guess maybe that’s just “City Folk?” I am from a small south GA town. In my city hotel staff would’ve bent over backwards to help.

Very clean sheets & room ! Loved the smart tv

Front desk clerk argued with the other clerk about how she was not entering the info into the computer correctly ! She was very disrespectful to the other clerk that was just trying to do it correctly! It made my wife & I very uncomfortable! If she wants to correct the other clerk , she needs to not be nasty & just correct it without nasty remarks in front of guests checking in ! Regarding the room , the light near the shower did not work , bulb blown out which made the shower very dark !!

Walking into an extra cool, comfortable room was such a welcome relief from the scorching heat and humidity. Parking, Wi-Fi and breakfast included and only 1.8 miles from my destination. The bed was nice, the pillows were a bit soft and I wish they had a few more but it's not an issue. I would suggest bringing an extra pillow if you're used to sleeping with one between your knees. Check out was a breeze and I would absolutely stay here again.

The bathroom door had no lock, it just shuts much like a closet door. Kind of weird. The tub/shower could pose a slipping hazard, perhaps a rubber bathmat would help? The elevator seemed to take longer than one would expect.

The bed was very comfortable

I didn’t like my stay for one reason it was to loud In front of my room and next doors yelling and screaming hearing one women saying some explicit things she wanted him to do. As well a guy asking this women for money to let her out the room. I couldn’t get rest. I rather just have a region

Everything facilitates we’re wonder more than what i expected!

Not having all keys access to all doors , I stepped out to smoke after partying came back and was allowed to enter the wrong room with my key . I’m sure the people I walked in on felt uncomfortable as well.
