Breakast was excellent. Lots of choices both hot and cold. The morning after our first night of our stay, the floor in front of the mini refrigerator was really wet. We spoke to the manager and told him about the situation. We told him if he could get the floor dried that would be good for us. He said he will move us to an upgraded room at the same price as the room we are currently in if that was fine with us. Then, He came right up to our room to check out the area. We moved to the other room. Both our first room and the upgraded room was excellent and clean. The manager did everything to correct the situation. He listened and showed concerned for us. The lobby was beautiful and well kept.

We were in town to visit the Park and the hotel was very convenient to that.

My negative comment is partially my own stupidity. A larger more direct sign would be helpful. The driveway is AS SOON AS you take exit nine! One of the employees perhaps the owner was gracious enough to come outside on his phone and wave me down as we drove past. I circled about 4 times because I wasn’t seeing the driveway. It was a very dark cloudy night.

room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good but could had some fruits as well, the person behind the counter gave us a wrong key to someone else room, when went to check out was a little confused on the check out reciept ..but over all he try his best.

room was clean , but has to have the room service come in to spray freshner for it smell like someone smoke in the room

Breakfast was fair with limited choices . The receptionist at the desk was wonderful and very accommodating and greeted everyone with a smile. There was no food left for breakfast so she made more and was able to get me a yogurt as they dont have full continental breakfast during the week. The hotel was very busy. She was alone and pretty much running the whole show. They could use more help.

the bed was comfortable and decent size room

didn't like shower floor in handicap room. was switched to regular king room. check in was at 3 but wasn't able to get into room until after 5. cleaning crew doesn't seem to have any sense of urgency. Arrived around 315 and they were sitting and eating which is why patrons had to wait to check into room. Was told pool was open but didn't look cleaned, and was later put out of order.

The hotel is very close to Stone Mountain (you can see the mountain from the parking lot). It is a pet friendly hotel, good free breakfast, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s around the corner from a lot of restaurants.

Their internet was so weak I couldn’t download/get onto anything.

Very clean room. Very comfortable bed. Had a lot of different types of pillows so you could choose hard or soft. Had a microwave and small refrigerator in room. Clean smelling room. Person who checked me in was the friendliest person on the whole trip. Has a nice small indoor pool that did not have a high chlorine smell, which is great!

Had problems with the door key. Had to get it changed twice, but other then that, not bad. Did not use the breakfast bar, but it looked like it had a lot of stuff on it.

Excellent, friendly and efficient staff. Clean place. Good price. Good location.

I did really like that they had an indoor pool but I didn’t know it wasn’t heated (it was cold) 🥶. But no big deal. Anyways thanks ad we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was really nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was one housekeeper who couldn't speak good English but he was very helpful.

The beds were not comfortable.

The hotel was cleaned. Nice area for shopping and dining. Breakfast was awesome. They have a pool. Kids love it

Our rooms wasn't ready. Had to wait couple of hours for the rooms to be cleaned on the 3rd floor.
