Location was amazing, service is excellent

I think the beach area could be improved. Would benefit from having chairs out there

Amazing property and the entire staff was top notch. Didn’t encounter one staff member who wasn’t eager to make your stay better. Rooms were decent size but very nice. Bathrooms were fantastic. The housekeeping and engineers were Johnny on the spot to make everything perfect. The grounds, staff and service were absolutely top notch.

Minor things…. Pricing for meals is way over what it should be with an added 15% built in. Breakfast for 3 was 165 bucks before tip. We found ourselves eating elsewhere. Definitely need a hot tub for the pool area. Spa prices were also extremely elevated. Need a shuttle to the airport. One way booked through them cost us 235.

Location- right by the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful rooms with character features such as white shutters giving a nautical theme. Photos in booking.com don’t do them justice. Fantastic customer service- we felt looked after. Lovely setting with beautiful gardens. Good restaurants on site. Would definitely recommend and return.

Expensive. Hawaiian music from 5pm everyday went on a little too long. Would have preferred a variety of music in the evenings. But this is a small niggle.

Orchids restaurant food excellent Staff extremely helpful and attentive The extra little touches at the Halekulani didnt go unnoticed. Eg a little quote and gift at turn down each night, water, tea, coffee stocked up generously each day

Breakfast should have been included in the price to stay here. The water temperature in the shower is inconsistent.

the bathroom, the service is extraordinary, especially the service OMG. When you check in they walk you to elevator, have a tablets for you to browse all your needs during the stay and u can order stuff thru it. I needed a nail trimmer really bad and they have it on it to order and its free ofc. I feel like if u ever need anything they will do their best to fulfill it. There’s also 2 prepared papayas and a whole champagne bottle (for honeymoon) for us. Comes with a letter in the envelop with my name on it. The attention to details is insane.

Literally everything. 99% of the employees are super friendly and helpful. The view is great, and the lobby didn’t have any other tourist attractions (ABC stores, travel agencies, etc) that would attract outside tourists in the resort. In this case, mostly only whoever stays in the hotel would be found in the hotel, less crowded. With former experiences stayed somewhere else and got charged overpriced room water, we didn’t know all the bottle water/tea in the room are complimentary. That’s a great plus and hopefully everyone comes later will enjoy them better. Highly recommend anyone came here for honeymoon, we read about it from Google review and we are happy we stayed here for our whole time in Honolulu. The views, restaurants, and room service are great. We love the coconut cake and virgin piña colada. We heard about the Orchid Sunday brunch buffet on our way to the hotel form our Uber driver, and don’t forget make a reservation if you’d like to be there. Many thanks to Jane, Donna, John, Justin, and Gordon helped us during our stay.

Some other guests made some noise. Mostly are understandable/bearable, some are too much to understand.

An outstanding property, the room was fabulous, the amenities - superb! Upon arrival the gentleman who checked us in -Jay, was very professional, kind and efficient. He elaborated on the main features of the hotel and escorted us to our room. Lovely welcome amenity awaited us in the room and most certainly the room itself was immaculately clean, fresh and nicely appointed. The breakfast at House Without a Key and our Pool experience was also exceptional. The property has magnificent Ocean views that we enjoyed throughout our stay. Halekulani's location right on the Beach made access very easy and contributed to the joy of staying at the property! Guests have everything they need at their fingertips. Thank you Halekulani, what a memorable stay!!

My family and I absolutely loved everything about Halekulani and its staff. From the first moment we stepped into the hotel until our departure when the bell staff assisted us with our luggage and bid us Goodbye - everything was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Halekulani for an unforgettable stay!

The location of the property is amazing and the staff at both hotel and the on-property restaurants is incredible. They are friendly and super professional. Beautiful setting and grounds. We had breakfast both mornings at Orchids and the food was excellent. Servers here are incredible and always make sure your coffee cup is full :)

We didn't have a lot of time to use the facilities, but we did walk around and I thought the beach was not much of a beach so I'm glad I wasn't counting on enjoying it.
