It was central to everything. The staff was really nice and accommodating! The office space area there to do some work was very helpful. Breakfast was good. DaLisa was the best at the front desk! Coffee selections were nice.

The pool was not open yet. The toiletries in the bathroom were not enough for our stay. We had to run to the $Store to get some things. It would have been nice to have a comfortable place to sit outside after a long day.

The availability of the office space to work. The breakfast was good and the one front desk clerk, Delisa was awesome and so accommodating. The bed was super comfy. The proximity to a few stores was nice.

The shower curtain was super short and water went everywhere. There was some mold in the corner in the bathroom where the shower is. There was a guy hanging out outside the hotel every night that made it feel a little unsafe.

Breakfast was good but both days it would have been nice to see the staff working. I LOVE the coffee, latte, hot chocolate machine in the lobby, as my family all met in there both nights to visit by the Christmas tree & enjoy the soft chairs & couch.

That the elevator was broken as my uncle just has knee surgery but they got us all on the first floor thanks

We were able to have our dogs with us. The young woman at desk was great!

Needs some updating and needs to be a little bit cleaner. The young woman behind desk was only employee on premises when we were there. Had to have batteries replaced in thermostat and she had to make a couple of calls to find out where batteries were. She came to our room and changed the batteries out.

The staff was nice & professional. Housekeeping was very nice & helpful the whole time I was there. It was very clean & quiet. Everyone did an awesomely great job. Thank you to the whole Best Western staff for everything. Until next time, Sincerely Mr. Blackwell

Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Bath was clean and good towels, and plenty of them. Room was very clean and nice bed. Everything worked, lamps, clock, TV, plugs, drains, sink.

The shower head in our room was a little clogged, but otherwise our room was very good. Not a big deal but elevator was out but staff apologized for inconvenience.

The Best Western is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in the past year. The staff was polite & courteous. I had a great stay & my visit was like being at home.. Thank you Best Western Management & all the hotel staff. Y'all did an amazing job. See you next time ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location was fine. I don't usually eat breakfast. But, I did appreciate the coffee.

Strangely, there wasn't a tornado shelter. The morning of the 14th, there were 3 tornados in the area. There really should be a room for protection.

I like that the staff made sure to help us as best as possible and was making sure that our stay was comfortable.

I didn't appreciate how thin the walls were you could hear everything and everyone from the hallway.

I loved the coffee machine in the lobby. Instant mocha latte? Yes, please! The room was also very clean and smelled pleasant when we arrived.

I wish the curtains would close all the way. There was a small gap I couldn't get to close.
