The first thing I like is when you walk into the building it is well lit clean and organized the elevators were clean The room was very clean and the beds were amazing the whole hotel smelled wonderful through and through

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave and go home because I was so comfortable in the hotel

The staff. Everyone encountered was the epitome of courteous and professionalism. . From the front desk receptionist to the security guard. Also this hotel was very comfortable and extremely clean in all areas. Just the way I like it!! 😁

The elevator was quite slow. And I scoffed at the $250 deposit. I felt that was excessive for a Best Western.

Convenient to our destination. The receptionist at night was very friendly. The kitchen staff in the morning were also super friendly.

The breakfast was okay - no eggs when we were there; just sausages and tater-tots. But better than just cereal and toast. The sink in our room worked fine but there was a really big chunk missing from it.

The location was convenient and the staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was yummy. The lady working the kitchen was so nice and welcoming. And worked very hard.

The only issue was our room smelled musty. I didn’t complain but we did have to get an air freshener to help also the pool was j out maintained well. It was cloudy and green.

There was a lady who worked in the complimentary breakfast area named Mrs. Sharon, that was so kind and mindful of all who came to eat. She made our time there a wonderful experience! The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant!

At times, it was noisy above us and next door to us at late and early times of the day!

Everything was super clean and smelled super fresh! Breakfast was delicious and the pool and hot tub were sparkling. We will be staying here with our future visits

It was quiet and CLEAN! The bed was extra comfy 🖤The hot water was HOT!

Not much to complain about. I’ve never experienced the virtual check-in, so that was different. Not necessarily bad, but not expected. No one was at the desk when I arrived.

Staff was friendly and helpful room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, good hot breakfast, nice to see someone not using COVID anymore as an excuse not to serve a good breakfast 🙂. Would stay again.

this was not my first day at this location but unfortunately, at this time the bathroom had some issues the sink would not drain and the shower was not functioning the way it was meant to but after all of that I stay was OK

Everything the few staff that was there was sooooo respectful polite and supportive of each other when providing help for the guest. The breakfast was amazing

Just a shortage on pool towels but understandable because they where booked to capacity that night
