I liked this hotel because it felt quaint, like a little studio/home away from home. The pool was fantastic to cool off in, and was not freezing cold in the water. It was safe and quiet. The AC/Fan helped a lot as it was almost 100 degrees outside.It was a little noisy of a fan but it helps me sleep because of the white noise, so all good. 7-11 next door helps for snacks. Walking distance to Trader Joes, across the street from a bus line. 15 min ride to Glendale or Pasadena. It's right in the middle. Perfect.

I just wish my room came with a microwave, the refridgerator was excellent but when I had food, I had to throw it because I had no way to heat it up.

The place was tidy and nice, it was easy for me to get to L.A. city center, but also to Pasadena and Hollywood. There are restaurants and shops nearby if you need something. I really appreciated the neighborhood being quiet and safe. The room was large, comfortable and clean, with air conditioning and TV.

It is a pity that the vending machine has only drinks and not snacks.

It's a good location, but it's noisy because it's next to the street. There is a lot of parking space. Separate parking fee. The room has an old noisy air conditioner, but I didn't need to leave it on all night, so it didn't bother me. The room is cleaned every day. For its price, everything is very good.

there was no water in the bottle for drinking. Usually in the refrigerator there is a bottle of water 0.3 or 0.5. Because it is very hot. but otherwise everything was fine, thank you

It reminded me of 1970's L.A. Older but very clean place. The landscape was amazing. Very well maintained. Quiet for where it was. Nicest staff who gave me excellent directions to where I was going. Excellent location for Rose Bowl, Hollywood, downtown L.A..

Not enough plug ins. Older place. Should have brought my own 3 plug plug in. Not a bad thing though.

Staff was super nice. She was a middle aged female, super sweet, very accommodating and i felt at ease with her serving me. They waited for my arrival as i was so far away with no complications. 10/10 for customer service.

Only two small pillows in a king size bed. Only 2 small size towels in restroom. 2 bonus ones and i would have 0 complains!

Great value if all you need is a place to shower and a comfy bed. The staff was my favorite part of my stay. They called to check on my arrival and the customer service rep that received me was very courteous as well. I would stay here again just because of the staff.

Everything was great! The most important thing in very hot weather is a shower, air conditioning. There was no drinking water in the refrigerator. I think the administration will take this into account in the future. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you

The place was super clean, functional and most of all convenient for where I needed to go. The room was large enough and the bathroom had all you need.

It was a bit run down and could see some maintenance specifically on the AC and the bathroom area, but still all functional, just could be updated.

The couple who manage it are excellent - very considerate and want to mage a guest comfortable.

It's an old motel with not many extras. Bring your own wash clothes (wash cloths are not provided in the rooms) and extension cord - because there aren't many outlets in the rooms.
