There were no major issues with our stay at all, we always have a pleasant stay as well as a good nights sleep when we book here. The breakfast is always good and the staff is also friendly.

I just don't like that you have an elevator that have a lot of traffic and it's always filthy in the elevator. Fingerprints all over the stainless part of the elevator, food particles on the floor of the elevator. That part of the facility is getting little to NOOOOOO!!!! ATTENTION AT ALL.

Everything was very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, indoor warm pool and spa. Beds were very comfortable!

2 night stay. 1st night was awesome! 2nd night, High School Wrestling teams arrived in Droves!! Elevator burned up, we were handicapped medical patients on the 2nd floor. Hot water tank went out for the last night and day we were there. I don't think they were equipped to handle as many people that were there.

The location was convenient, the breakfast was delicious, the price was reasonable for a last minute booking.

The room could have been cleaned better. The room smelled moldy and had a wet, humid feel to it as if it had just rained inside the room. Apparently the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, because the chair we had in the room at the desk in front of the TV was molded and mildewed, looked as if someone left it outside in the rain and brought it back into the room to dry and it got molded in the process. The TV remote was dirty, dirty. We normally stay here on all of our visits to Shreveport, but now we are considering staying elsewhere in the near future.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower. Pleasant. efficient desk staff. Safe quiet area with little traffic. Across the street from the Shriners' Hospital.

Had an even numbered room facing east, which has nearby highway I-49 and next to railroad tracks. Noisy at night. Get an odd numbered room that faces west toward the Shriners" Hospital. Not much to select from at breakfast.

The $25 fee they charge was never refunded to my card. I waited 3 weeks before calling the hotel to see if my money was refunded. I was told to contact my bank because it was released after I checked out. It was never refunded to my account. Plan on paying an extra $25 for your room price.

It was clean, quiet, and great parking.

The elevator was broken so me being in a wheelchair couldn’t get to my room on the third floor. I reserved a king size suite with pull out couch but had to settle for two queen beds no couch. The noise of the train outside was annoying at first but we got used to it.

Breakfast was just ok - not a fan of eggs (tasted fake). Glad boiled eggs were available! Service when juice out very efficient/friendly. For room cost, breakfast was a fair offering.

Microwave to warm serving. Real scrambled eggs. LOCATION - description sounded good, but since we arrived at night, we were frightened by all the loud rumbling through the night. Realized next day it was the trains running just behind property.

The staff was amazing. And very comfortable bed felt really safe there.

Drunk guy in the elevator beer was spilled all in it. And charged me 50.00 dollars after I had already paid for the 2 night stay. Said it would fall off my card when checking out. Sure hope they're right.

Very clean and conveniently located. Very helpful staff, too. I felt like they wanted to make sure I had everything I needed.

I have no complaints about my stay. Was very close to where I was working. Will definitely stay there again.

The location, price and comfort beds.

The hallway on the second floor, smelt horrible. When I first got out of elevator the smell it. I was so glad to get inside the room.
