Breakfast is bagels fruits juice coffee etc. it was fine. Everyone was nice very polite it was very clean no issues there at all. The only complaint we ever had was the pillows which is our issue lol and the toilet coulda been higher. Not really a complaint at all everything else was pleasant it was quiet and peaceful and we had a great stay we would definitely stay again….

We came to this location after a bad experience at a different establishment in silver springs. This was our second stay and we new the property did well before. The room was clean, working mini fridge, working ac, clear towels, clean room, accommodating staff, smart TV in room, and a shower big enough for 2 (if you're into that). All this at a price cheaper than most hotels which likely don't even have smart TVs or complimentary breakfast.

Everything from the staff to the room. Hot coffee all day was a bonus. There wasn’t any annoying racket. Everything in the room was clean. Bed was great I just prefer firmer pillows but that’s my opinion and doesn’t change how our stay was. The staff there was amazing. The hotel manager messaged me day one and two to ask and check up on our stay which is a first for any hotel we’ve stayed at. Overall our stay there was great and will be using them again.

Great location, everything was within 6 minutes of the hotel. Staff was great and extremely friendly. They accommodated my early check in with no fuss and I was extremely grateful. Well worth the money spent.

Didn’t have dairy free or gluten free options for breakfast so I paid $30 additional dollars for a banana and apple. Would be nice for people to give their preferences ahead of time so the hotel can accommodate or provide a credit to the room for lack of use of the amenity.

Location and how thstaff honored a request to be near elevator/entrance as one of us has difficulty walking.

Breakfast was not up to par - Marriott and Holiday Inn breakfast are much better. Only offered a vegan or very small muffin and yogurt. Orange and apple juice or tea and coffee. No protein of any kind. Sign said could buy items from the little grocery area. Not very patron friendly.

It is an excellent experience, the hotel, the service, the facilities and the gym and that breakfast is included is a great success, I recommend it for your stay in Germantown.

I wouldn't say I liked the parking lot, when there are special activities it fills up quickly and there are no special spaces for people staying at the hotel.

The management and space is good , very clean . Netflix on tv to enjoy The size of tv is amazing. The coffee table in the lounge was great I loved everything about the spark ! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!♥️

The elevator buttons needs to be changed its hard to press on them they dont work properly !

Very nice stay. However most people that would stay in a nicer hotel, generally have trained pets. So $50. For a pet to spend one night is quite extreme. So that would be a no for next possible stay.
