Beautiful hotel. We arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in which worked out great since we were attending a wedding. We were credited the parking due to room problem. That's customer service!!

Confusion about parking fee. One site had one fee but was told different fee at check in. We were advised changes were being made to sites so I suppose hadn't been updated yet. But again... Great customer service, they reduced the parking fee. My room bathroom tub had very slow drain. I also noticed bathroom floor wasn't as clean as it could have been... Found hair from previous person(s).

Friendly staff assisted us from the beginning of our 2-week stay, right to the end. They assisted us in sorting out a problem with Booking.com, which was not fed through to their system. Booking.com initially suggested that we either cancel or re-locate, but it got sorted out after an hour's telephonic discussions. Our room was even upgraded by the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable with a work station, couch, bar fridge, ironing board and iron, safety deposit box and coffee station. The walk-in shower is a bonus. The hotel is opposite a grocery shop, close to various restaurants and shops, as well as within walking distance from the Metro. The guest laundry room makes life easier for long stays.

Booking.com.com should please sort out their booking system with the hotel. It is the first time during my experience of more than about 20 different bookings that I arrived at a hotel and got informed that they have not received my fully paid booking!

There were a lot of exceptional qualities that the hotel had. One was the large atrium space with the interior balconies and glass elevators. The breakfast buffet and seating was great - excellent presentation and dining layout. Our hotel room had ample amount of space making it feel very comfortable. The location of the hotel in relation to the metro station also made it very easy for us to get to the hotel. Overall very good hotel.

Nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed the staff's friendliness and how easy they made the stay for us to know where things were and what to do in regards to parking, as well as checking in and out. They made us feel welcome with their nice hospitality.

When it came to lighting in the room, it was either too bright or too dark with the lamps/bed light. As there was no window to outside, it was not the most enjoyable to wake up and have to handle a bright light on your eyes. Maybe dimmers or different types of bulbs could resolve this!

James and another front desk Staff I don't quite well remember his name were ever so welcoming and friendly. However there was a another front desk staff who was so rude and unhelpful to the extend that James had to step in and assist and it was such a basic thing to do with the exchange rates and payments on our UK cards. The rooms were a good size and very clean the bathroom was also very clean

The front desk staff was exceptionally courteous. There was a West African woman who was especially polite and helpful. The waitress at the hotel's restaurant was very courteous and cordial as well. The cleaning staff was also professional. It was nice to have a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, a nice refrigerator, and a decent-sized desk for my laptop and some documents I brought to read.

I was in room 636. The room had some wallpaper near the sofa that looked a little shoddy. The HVAC system had a decorative part near the bottom that had come loose. The room did not have a microwave for my leftovers. The Internet was slow. I hope no Internet service my first night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Amazing dinner in the hotel restuarant; a must do (exceptional for a hotel restaurant!) Convenient location (next to Twinbrook Metro) and close to restaurants and shops.

Digital Key on Hilton Honors app never worked, had to get physical keycards (if you're parking there this is a must as the keycards are used to get in and out of the parking areas). $25 a night. The garage is tight, better for smaller cars. Some parking on the surface as well. Expect to walk a bit as there are only two pairs of elevators diametrically across from each other; unless your room is right by them you will walk at least one side length of the hotel.

Rooms are peaceful and accommodating. Very close to shops and the metro station so it is easy to get around. Restaurant and bar on-site is also nice. its also a Starbucks onsite. They provide complimentary bottled water and coffee in the room. The location was perfect for a weekend stay in the area Bethesda area.

The hotel charges for parking.

We really liked the location and the accessible pricing for such great quality. For the location it was nice to have easy access to the metro - this way we could enjoy DC without needing to drive there and find parking. But also, the hotel is not in the middle of nowhere - there were lots of options for dining, shopping, etc. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was nice too.

Overall, it was a very nice hotel. Liked the exercise room and breakfast credit, which was included.

I needed a handicapped accessible room. I got one, but it was waaaay at the end of the hall, not close to the elevator. Since I was using a cane, this was a challenge.
