The hotel was perfect walking distance away from the MOA, like a 5-8 minute walk. Yea you have to cross busy intersections but there are crosswalks and safety measures implied. It was also a very clean, comfortable, and spacious room.

The hotel had advertised free shuttle rides to and from the Minneapolis airport and MOA on a paper on the front desk, but when my fiance and I waited for a shuttle at 9 pm when the mall closed, one never showed. There were shuttles for other hotels that came to pick up passengers, but we didn’t know if we had missed our hotel’s shuttle or if it never came. We started waiting for one around 8:50 pm and after 20 minutes decided to walk back to the hotel.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety (you don't normally see spinach quiche as an item at hotel breakfast buffets)! The bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean.

Parking cost money (it was only $3, but still). The TV did not work and no one came to fix it when I told the front desk (even though they said someone would be there). We were bummed because we were hoping to settle in and watch some specials on TV while relaxing before lights out.

Upon arrival at airport called the hotel to obtain a ride that I prescheduled and was told someone will come at 3pm when I called at 220pm. Then was told the shuttle bus will not come till 315pm.Room was not cleaned on a daily basis and was not given clean towels to replace the ones used the day before, had to request them from front desk. Picked up from the mall by shuttle bus at 910pm instead of 9pm and was blistering cold.

A shuttle that takes you from and to the airport and to the mall. Also, both drives were very nice. The breakfast could use a waffle or pancake maker, but there were many types of food I have never had offered at any other hotel. All the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, and the guy housekeeper was very nice when I needed extra towels. If I return to the Mall of America, I will definitely stay here. Getting free hot Chocolate was a nice plus too.

Hot Tub was Cold. Which was weird since the showers were nice and hot.

Room was nice, liked the two types of pillows, soft vs. firm. Shower was good pressure, TV worked, ice was cold...

Elevator is a little tired, broken buttons/lights. Breakfast was fast and easy, but there were so many people enjoying it around 9-10am eggs were out, had to wait, same with coffee. Would have liked to have a different 'main' breakfast the next day, maybe an every other schedule...

Super close to Mall of America, the option to be shuttled to MOA, and the complimentary hot breakfast that was freshly filled up until the end of breakfast. The attendant was on her game at all times. A hotel with a hot tub is always a perk. I also liked the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower.

The beds were a little too firm for me so I didn’t sleep the best. The pillows and comforter blanket/sheets were very comfortable though.

Loved the location to the mall and the shuttle service. It was very punctual while we were there, every hour on the hour. The driver was a gem too!! The staff in general were really friendly. The breakfast was really good, except for the meat being in water? That seemed strange, but otherwise it was a great selection. Far more than I expected. The surrounding area was very quiet - which was surprising.

The hotel wasn't fancy and maybe a little threadbare? Could use some fresh paint and new carpet and maybe new windows. Ours were covered in condensation. Wild children running and yelling in the halls was annoying, however that's a bad parent problem and not a hotel issue (parents - don't let your children run and yell in hotel hallways, please)

Good breakfast. Pancakes only some days. But they have eggs and sausage. Feels like there are options for everyone. Free shuttle to hotel and mall. Pool and hot tub are great.

Shuttle unavailable one of the days due to staffing issues but they offered to reimburse for any uber/lyft costs. No microwave. For $800 for 5 nights, I'd expect a microwave. There was a small fridge. Pillows were also flat. Other than that it did the job for what we needed.

I enjoy my stay at Fairfield hotel. The bed is comfortable, and the free hot breakfast was great. I love that they had bus shuttle service from the hotel to the mall. The lady who checked us in was really nice. I will definitely stay here again.

Just the airplanes taking off just was a little loud but I wasn't really bother by it. Loud kids running up and down the hall. Other than that everything was good.

A sweet lady that checked us in was very professional and answered any questions we had,she made me feel like she was truly a family member.very personal.excellent pool and jacuzzi.super comfortable beds.breakfast was good,smoked sausages,cereals,eggs ,toast etc.easy in and out of property.easy access to interstate.

Airport across the interstate,a bit noisy at times.
