Had a room on the 22nd floor with a beautiful view. The tower is amazing, good amenities.

Bit far from the centre of the strip if you want to walk. I know USA is all about tipping however I found it a bit rude when staff was demanding a tip before the service I asked for was provided.

Hotel was clean and well lit with friendly helpful staff Room was clean, serviced daily and comfortable. Pool area was pleasant, with shade if needed

Location is at the top of the strip which means either a walk or a taxi ride is often needed. But the same could be said of the Mandalay Bay at the bottom of the strip Ubers were generally $10 -12 to mid strip (Bellagio/Caesars Palace) Parking was $20 per day for guests

On the first day there, we decided to play at the Casino and was a server next to us, I asked her for a couple of drinks, and she looked at me like I was offending her o something, she never bring the drinks for us and for a older lady who was playing next to us. I understand it is complementary drinks, but why does the hotel offer a service where your employees look miserable and mistreated your guests.

It’s spacious and good views, rooms are big and comfy

Last time I was here, I had to pay for parking… so stupid!!! This time I didn’t…. Thank you, there is no need to charge for parking ever!!! The only other thing is the stupid resort fees… they are more than the room… I had access to all those so called ammenidies before resort fees… so do tell me that’s what they are for!!! Plus not many restaurants and they are not always open

The location and upgraded room were excellent but the check in was POOR at best. We arrived around 11:00 on November 1 and there was already a line for check in but only one staffer checking people in. it took nearly an hour to finally get to our room and people behind us were in line for another hour or more. Several other staff would periodicly come out front on ly to disappear behind the door leaving everyone frustrated. once we got in our room which was in the Vegas tower things were good the rest of our stay.

the upgraded rooms int he Vegas Towere were excellent and the Steak House was really good.

We stayed at the new renovated rooms and they were very nice and clean. Love the hotel and staff. Lots of things to do inside the hotel. Best value for the buck

We didn’t like the location as it was at the very beginning end of the strip and it was a 16 minute walk from the nearest monorail station. The surrounding area feels unsafe to walk at night

- Location directly at the strip, but on the very start which means you need to walk very fast to get to where the action happens - No microwave, USB ports, fridge or water heater available in the room (Note: we got one of the older rooms since we did not want to pay for the upgrade to the new ones which was offered for ~$35 per night) - One towel that we received from room service was dirty

Location was good. Room was clean and spacious. Stayed in the updated tower. If you stay here they will give you a coupon for the stratosphere overlook. It's worth it but expect to pay $5 on top of the coupon price. McDonald's on the second level was convenient. Didn't eat at any other eatery in the restaurant either bc it was closed during the week or time of day. Would stay here again.

It was very hot, excessive heat warning so a cold pool was nice but it was too cold. They close off a part of the pool during the day. Not sure why but it causes a crowd in the shared areas. Drinks are expensive by the pool.

I liked the fact there are still rooms in this hotel were us people who smoke can relax and smoke without having to go thru hoops to get to a smoking area, yeah for the Strat

I didn't like that I am small in handicapped and my room was all the way it seemed like around half the building, and I asked for a wheel chair and I had to rent it, that's crazy where did the courtesy go in Vegas.

The rooms were cleaned to regular standards. There’s was still hair in the restroom floor, which made me feel like the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.

I didn’t like that they didn’t even offer free water. For the money I paid, I could have gotten at least that, don’t even require the breakfast.
