broken elevator in west parking garage for over a week. Great you have to move luggages on the stairs from 5th or 6th floor by hand. non working ice machines on floor 22,23,24. Had to hunt working one over 4 different floors to get some ice for drink resort fees but hey this is Vegas thing theese days....

Very nice hotel, clean and tidy rooms, bars, restaurants, Starbucks and shops in the lobby. The pool was also very nice. Free parking was appreciated.

The hotel charges a resort fee for everyone, even if the guests are not interested in the casino. If you paid the initial reservation with a credit card you have to pay the entire amount using the same card, even if there are a few months between the initial payment and the checkin day. The initial amouht has been refunded to me and I paid again when arriving at the hotel the entire amount, but there were a few days between the refund really got into my account. Also, it was quite weird that the passport has been asked in order to access the pool area. It it not the kind of document i would like to have with me at the pool for safety reasons.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

I had a little trouble checking in, and I found out the staff isn't trained on how to spot human trafficking and what to do if you do spot it. This surprised me since every hotel I spoke to in the area is trained on spotting human trafficking. They were the only one I spoke to who weren't, but the staff seemed willing to learn more.

I don't know about the other towers, but I stayed at the Alexandria tower and wow, it was lux, dark cozy hallways and when I got into my room I was in awe! Large king size bed, lots of seating, fridge, big "peek a boo" shower and there was a mirror over the bed. Fun room and the lobby was pretty awesome, felt very exclusive. Starbucks is on the first floor and the place is super clean. The front desk person that took care of me was really friendly and personable. This is light years away from what the Sahara used to be! Definite improvement. Another plus right off the Alexandria tower there is the entrance to the monorail. Quick ride to all the other casinos at the strip!

The security dudes at the Alexandria tower probably need a vacation, they look serious and grumpy. Not many options for plant based food in the casino. But there is always Uber Eats....

convenient located as the last stop on the monorail. pretty far of a walking distance from the main LV strip hotels. the room was at good size and the bed was comfortable. small casino so not as crowded.. good choice fir my needs.

food options are not as good as elsewhere. the shower faucet was leaking and seems like it was going to break down at any minute.

Room was clean and very nice! Recently updated. Shower was fantastic! staff friendly & helpful. The restaurants, spa, adult pool & valet service were exceptional!

The mattress was uncomfortable & had a deep sunken hole on one side where ppl probably sit to look at themselves in mirror. The phn didn’t work & the fridge leaked. reported to front desk 3 times but not fixed however they took off resort fees to compensate so that was a win!

The bed is very comfortable and the staff is very nice. The casino and the restaurants inside the hotel are very nice and not too much expensive.

the spa services are not included in the price of the hotel. the check is at 4 pm so if you arrive early you have to pay a fee for the early check-in.

A bit far to walk from main strip. Taxi cost $22.00 in peak hour. Crazy traffic
