Hotel is at very convenient location for LV convention center. The rooms were very comfortable. I did have a bit of noise from a very noisy neighbor. Local shops in the hotel are great and have most. Breakfast facilities in the restaurants are great too. Wifi was perfect.

Sometimes a bit of noise from the neighbour as the walls between rooms may be a bit thin or it comes via the doors between rooms.

This was our first stay at the Westgate. We stayed on the 26th floor with an excellent view of Strip. Room had a couple of problems with lights burnt out and TV remote not working. Maintenance came within 5 minutes after we notified them and fixed the issues. Not really a problem because we stayed for 4 nights. Room was large and bathroom was good. Beds were comfortable and pillows were good. Room is a little dated, but was great for price. Sports book is good and restaurants were good. Buffet was not open because business was slow. Elvis show in theater was kind of fun. Hotel is quite some ways from strip but if you use the monorail in front of hotel, everything is just minutes away. Hotel is quiet and has nice staff. Band plays nightly in lobby.

We came for the Bender Jamboree so this was a music festival several stages inside the venue (as well as by the pool). All the stages were just steps away. The room was great as was the view.

The timeshare sellers that swarmed us like rats every time we walked by. The drink prices. We were led to believe we didn’t need to purchase the all-inclusive drink packages until we arrived. It was listed on the festivals site as well as in an advance email. Immediately upon our early arrival to check-in we were informed the drink passes were all sold out. That was a cheesy money grab. We chose to gamble elsewhere instead and only ate there once. Bring your own liquor and a flask.

It is so close to the convention center. We were there for the World of Concrete

Easy to clean lobby floors, shaded jacuzzi, staff are friendly and helpful.

Pool not accessinle 2 days in a dow. 1 was mild wind the other was a festival I was eccluded from. Light fixture fell off when in the shower. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night because someone was smoking in a room next door and my daughter hss asthma.

Very elegant clean and smelled very good. We wasn’t hit with cigarette and cigar scents upon entry. The staff member that checked me and my family in was very friendly and knowledgeable.

There was a straggler I encountered coming up late to my hotel room that was not a guest in the hotel. That was very strange and a bit creepy. Protection is very important. So I would say monitoring the floors or making sure that those that are staying in the hotel should not be allowed up not unless they’re accompanied by a guest.

This place is exceptional, and I'll be back next blues bender, for sure!

I'll say this, westgate is amazing, but I have a request. I like cold plunges, and it was said they offer one, but the temperature was at approximately 65 degrees. That just a bath. Please adjust the temperature to the mid-40s. Also, the hot tub was cool, near the same temperature as the pool. Disappointing. Please adjust. But please note, that's a minor issue. Everything elswas perfect, and thank you again. Still I rate my stay 5 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️

Fabulous large room overlooking the strip (great for sunset lovers). The room was clean and well presented, good size bed with plenty of pillows. Fridge was really useful to have for keeping snacks and drinks cold.

Only complaint was that there was no coffee pot or kettle provided. I asked for one of either and they told me they don't offer them, so I requested a flask of hot water and they wanted to charge $10 JUST to deliver it to the room!

To much noise (Music) and gambling machines in the lobby. I wouldn't stay a single minute. The ANME shows indicated clearly that the Resort Fees would have not been charge. But they did charge Resort Fee. Also they charge 6 days instead of 5 days. To reserve the room the creditcard has been charge in advance for one day. But this refund was NOT received and/or returned.

Room was great, overlooking the strip on a high floor as I'd requested. The room was clean and tidy, but no items such as body wash, shampoo or soap provided (didn't need as I brought my own, so didn't ask, but usually they are provided, and have been on previous visits here).

I requested a kettle and was told one could not be provided without explanation, I'm assuming this may be something to do with COVID, and if that would have been given as a rationale, I'd have understood but I asked why and was told 'it's not something we do' and no further explanation given no matter how many different ways I asked.
