I had no idea that this was a brand new hotel. Our stay was very nice we really enjoyed the breakfast bar.

First of all, the staff is so kind!!! And so helpful! Everyone we interacted with was so sweet. It felt like family, which may be strange to say about a hotel staff. Kindness makes such an impact! There was a great selection for breakfast, and seriously it was probably the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had! The hotel room was very clean and the mosaic and decor in the lobby was stunning.

The only thing we didn’t love was there was some significant mold growing on a low spot on the wall in our room near the floor, which was concerning because we were traveling with our baby. Again, this hotel was SO CLEAN so we know it was an isolated incident. Everything else was spectacular!!!

The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and visually appealing. I felt safe, even when walking outside, at night, with my dog. The breakfast had many choices and was warm and items were kept filled.

The sheets appeared to be stained. When I went to the front desk, I was given an explanation. I was told it was from the bleaching and the material was worn in those spots. I reluctantly accepted the explanation. I would strongly suggest to replace those sheets. I was charged $25 for my pretty. I thought when I called, I was told it was $15.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and stylish!!! All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast provided a lot of choices, from bagels to hot foods to cereal, etc. The bed was very comfortable, and my room was spotless. For the most part, it was peaceful (can't control people slamming the doors when they leave smh). The location was close to various restaurants and gas stations. Oh, and they are pet friendly ($25 per pet/per night). I will definitely return.

I wish there were more grass for the dog. I only saw one poop can that was not emptied with no extra bags available. Luckily, I always bring my own.

The included breakfast was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel and I was not disappointed. The location was perfect for my purposes. The other big reason I chose this hotel was for the free parking and was pleasantly surprised that there were always plenty of spots available regardless of what time we returned to the hotel.

The room and hallways were rather humid feeling. It felt like there was a lack of proper airflow inside the room, nothing too terrible but it was definitely noticeable which made things a bit uncomfortable after being out in the summer heat all day.

The facility was clean, and the location was amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They made us all feel welcomed.

The only suggestion I have is on Wednesday and Thursday they should have breakfast starting at 500-530 am because that's Family Day and Graduation day at Fort Jackson and we have to be at the base by 6 am so we weren't able to eat breakfast. On Thursday they were so amazing the employee at the hotel set breakfast up at 515 am so my family and the other families were able to eat breakfast yesterday before we left for graduation. That's just a suggestion.

The hotel was about 8 miles from our event, which was fine. Our room was very roomy and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good!

We are two female senior citizens who don’t drink and don’t party; we just needed a place to sleep for the night after playing bingo at the convention center until almost midnight. When we got checked in and settled into our room, we were each literally laying in our beds reading a book and playing a game on our phones; we also did not have the TV on! All of a sudden, we heard a loud banging noise that scared both of us! We were just getting ready to call the front desk to see what was happening, when our phone rang. The front desk associate said that one of their guests complained that we were partying and were way too loud. Needless to say, we were quite shocked, because we were extremely quiet and just getting ready to turn the lights off to go to sleep! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🥴

Nice hotel and friendly staff! The bed was comfortable but made a very loud creaking noise when you turned over or got out of the bed. Almost sounded like a part of the frame wasn't secured all the way. Other than that, the room was great! Nicely decorated, great size tv, nice lighting fixtures. The bathroom is small but exactly what you need and the water pressure was good. The free breakfast wasn't gourmet but was a nice touch to get something in your belly before going out for the day. Would 10/10 recommend and would stay here again.

Just the bed making the creaking noise. Probably could have been a quick fix but didn't really bother us that much. Just a little annoying. Everything else was great and would stay there again.

It was clean and I loved the decor. We will book again.

I noticed that we had the room without a peephole. All the other rooms had one. We heard noise outside our door and we could see because of no peephole. The last morning around 9:15AM, housekeeping was knocking at our door and they opened the door but we had the door stop up and the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Check out wasn’t until 11AM. The lady at the front desk apologized and said she will speak with housekeeping staff about it.

The entire facility was new, bright and clean including rooms. Large screen television with lots of channels and fast wifi. Refrigerator (mid-size) and microwave in room. Bathroom was a little tight but powerful shower with lots of hot water. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided. Nice hot breakfast, efficiently operated with adequate seating. Large open sunny lobby with seating, tables and wifi. Free coffee, tea and cocoa all day! Staff was helpful and accommodating, pre-registration on-line available.

Room lighting could have been brighter.
