the hotel is huge!! and had a separate indoor pool & spa and a small “indoor water park” with slides for the kids across the way from the pool. there is a nice restaurant attached and the staff was very warm and helpful.

it feels very old and dated and the carpet in the room definitely felt like it hadn’t been changed in 50 years… it felt so gross that we chose to always wear shoes or socks in our room. the bed was alright, but the pillows were tiny like they were made for children and the blankets in the bed aren’t comfortable at all either.

Was out early and back around 9:00 pm daily, was convenient because of location. Didn’t utilize any facilities, restaurants, etc. nice bed, but couldn’t get very much Channels on tv. Other local hotels have an easier tv channels to access.

this hotel is large and you need a good pair of walking shoes on check in as your room will be across the site :) Check in was easy, no breakfast options which is unusual for the US. Coffee in the room location easy for the Sturgis Rally and lots of bikers stayed her

The location was perfect, right in the center of all our outings. Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Sturgis and the list goes on! Restaurants galore any choice you wanted plus a nearby Sam’s and Wal Mart!

Truly nothing to complain about, everything was excellent!!!

My family used the water park and pool lots. The staff was friendly.

I had called the front desk in the morning to provide new bedding. We left for the day and got back to room at 830pm and house keeping hadn't been there. I called front desk and it was going to be an hour before someone could take care of issue. Then we discovered the toilet was leaking so we had to switch rooms at 9 o'clock at night with 3 young children.

We had a very stressful situation that brought us to this hotel and the evening staff on 9/23 were extremely helpful. It made the stressful situation much more manageable.

The breakfast at the restaurant was odd tasting. The floor under the bathroom sink was dusty and had toiletry bottle under it.

They accommodated my request to be on the ground floor for my extra large cat. It had a patio door which made it even easier to unpack and pack my car. Check in was easy. Plenty of towels. Decent sized room. Has a restaurant on site.

Difficult to find and turn in the entrance due to construction. Nice to have restaurant on site but I wasn't impressed with the food although the wait staff were excellent. I also know that the restaurant is a separate entity from the hotel. Top mattress was on top of two smaller platforms so there was a raised place in the middle which was uncomfortable. Pillows too soft. But the pillows were my fault. I should have traveled with my own.

The pool and the little water park was very nice for the kids. I have a teenager and a toddler. So it was nice to have something for both of them.

The floor of the room was a little dirty. Seemed like it needed swept. Also some of the lights didn’t work.

I was Double billed, both by Booking .com and the Hotel, it isn't resolved yet . NO response from Booking.com Yet > wont use again for this reason

It was so very clean, easy check-in. Pet friendly.

Our server in the restaurant seemed bitter that we had coupons for breakfast. I heard her say to the woman in the next booth “ so you don’t owe anything for your food bill but most people like to have a bill so they can add a gratuity.” I left my coupon and a cash tip, because I always tip lol. I bet she has made more than a few people mad.
