Convenient - right off the interstate and several retail and dining places. The front desk clerk, Amanda was very professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to help me retrieve my car keys that I accidentally through in the trash.

The room that I stayed in wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There was dust and human hair in the bathroom and also on the desk in the bedroom. Also the underside of the toilet led was dirty.

The location was great. It was close to restaurants and Walmart as well as a Sam's Club. The front desk attendant, Amanda, was a sweetheart. Our room was upgraded to suite. The room was very spacious. The hotel is nice.

I wish they had a little more variety in the breakfast. When we walked into the hotel, the smell was like old. If they would do a thorough clean from top to bottom, they could make it even better hotel.

Breakfast was good. Very nice to give us a room on the ground floor as we travel with my service dog. No deposit required and no questions asked as we were exhausted from driving 10 hours and had stopped at a Best Western first where they wanted a 150 dollar deposit and wanted us to sign a form saying if there was dog hair they could keep it. My dog doesn't shed, but I couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be a dog hair somewhere giving them the right to keep my money.

Room could have been a bit cleaner at least the floor. The rest was good

It was nice, clean for the most part, and staff were fantastic. The lady at the front desk got us in last minute due to the other place we booked being horrible. Thank You for saving our butt's. LoL

The elevator door opened really slow, almost like it didn't want to open. There was a sock or 2 behind the end table when I went to plug something in. The fridge was very loud.

I had requested 2 rooms and was thankful at check-in that they put us close together (across the hall). Both rooms were 2 queen beds and had plenty of room. The bathroom was nice a roomy and well lit. The lady overseeing breakfast the next morning was great. She checked on us a few times to see if we needed anything and you could tell she was busy keeping everything well stocked. At check out the lady working the front desk was super polite and friendly.

The parking. I know its first come, but it was late when we arrived and traveling with kids was not fun having to unload on the backside of the hotel. We did find an open side door that had a note on it that should be closed at all times.. We went in anyways (being that we were freezing due to temps dropping). Still not a bad experience though.

The night clerk was a very kind and friend Lu person. She was cherry and helpful! she is one of the best clerks we have experienced on all our trips!

We had to leave before the 6:00am breakfast started. I just went in at 5:30 am to see if I could get some peanut butter and yogurt. The breakfast women bit my head off and said they didn’t open until 6:00am. So my husband went in and asked for peanut butter. She then bit his head off and said it was a liability issue. If it really is a liability they should have a locked door on the breakfast area. We travel quite a bit and usually leave before the breakfast is served, all other places have bent over backwards to give us the couple things we need for breakfast. This experience will stop me from staying here again. This was not the way to start a 12 hour day of driving!

We stayed overnight at this comfortable and clean hotel while passing through town on a road trip. Breakfast was good. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had the toiletries we needed. We even restocked our kooler with fresh ice from the vending machine. When my son forgot his water bottle at the front desk, they were so kind and willing to help. They mailed it back to us. We so appreciated the excellent customer service! Thanks

Quality of Maintenance & Cleaning in Suite Bathroom. The Toilet Seat was Extremely Loose (Safety Hazard) and The Faucet on the Bathroom Sink was Loose as Well. (…Both of Which Should Have Been Noticed & Addressed if the Bathroom Had Been Appropriately Cleaned/Serviced Prior to My Check-In.)

The breakfast was one of the better breakfasts included with the room. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly.

I was a little disappointed that there was no pool. I booked 2 King rooms while we were travelling in the car. When we arrived, my husband and I got the King room we were expecting. Our friends got a King suite which I didn't have a problem with, but then I found out we paid almost $50 more for the night. When I inquired why at the desk they couldn't explain why our friends got a special University rate.

I had been traveling for two days. First my flight was canceled at least twice and I had to drive to Jackson from Nashville to help family. I get to the hotel a few hours before check in and the receptionist was not as helpful as she could have been and not welcoming at all. I understand that it was before check in. However I walked by three rooms that were cleaned and ready to go. She lied and said that there were no rooms available. I was more that done with the hotel and was considering another. When I did check in ...the housekeeping lady was so creepy and nosey that my husband and I was scared to death to walk by her. Staring at your customers is not welcoming at all.
