The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Requested a late check-out (ultimately, I didn't need it), but it was granted without hesitation. Nice gym. Good solid breakfast. Really no complaints.

Nothing the property can control; the location was less than ideal in that there were few (non-fast food) eating options. But, I selected the location based on where i was working, so that's on me. This hotel is a bit out of the way, but very convenient to highways.

It was never disclosed to us what time breakfast closed. Half of us were downstairs before 9AM and the rest came down right at 9AM…there was still stuff out so we didn’t realize the guy was putting stuff away. As we weee filling our plates, he started putting things under the counter including eating utensils. He never said a word to us nor even considered asking if we needed anything before he put it away. He wasn’t unkind in behavior but could maybe use better customer service training. We have always enjoyed breakfast and our experience at this location.

Rooms were large& clean comfortable beds

The opaque glass on restroom door from a decorative standpoint is great! But for someone sleeping in& they're partner wakes up early to get dressed or late restroom runs causes the person in bed to have their sleep disturbed by the light shining through restroom door?? Not good😑 I'd stay again because everything else overcame the small issue wit restroom door. I'll throw a towel over it next time...

The breakfast was great. Plenty of options for all our special dietary needs. The building was clean and nice. The room was incredibly spacious and that bathroom was great! There were 5 of us, and there was plenty of room in our suite. The pull our trundle was comfortable, as well. Nice and quiet. And all the staff were very friendly.

We were disappointed that the pool wasn't opening until about 2 weeks after our stay. I booked that hotel because it had a pool, so that was a bit of a let down. Otherwise, no complaints.

The hotel was nice, the staff was nice. Easy check in and out. Great location alot of restaurants near and also a grocery store was near by.

The only thing I didnt like was the pillows on the bed, not comfortable at all. The bed itself is very comfortable, just needs better pillows.

The size of the room was wonderful! The staff were all very friendly and kind! The location was great. I will be traveling to Jackson again in June and I am hoping to stay here again!

The fridge in the room didn't get cool to keep food in and the sofa in the room had visible and good size stains on it.

The room was large and beds were comfortable. Reasonably clean and very quite. We were just staying as part of a longer trip just to break up the drive and I suspect most guests were doing the same or were truckers on a break. But the location was good for access to I40. Plenty of food places nearby as well as a supermarket. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

Nothing much. The roo.s were a bit dark and the aircon was a bit noisy, but all in all a good stay.

My wife and I were in town for a funeral. The room was laid out very well with easy access to the Bathroom area; loved the sliding door access. The room provided a great place to relax after days of dealing with family issues due to the death in the family. We actually extended our stay two times without issue. Also, we really liked the limited access by housekeeping staff that was generally not needed anyway. Excellent Stay.

I don't really have any dislikes. I wasn't there for the extras; I was there for the great rate for an excellent room and quick access to Henderson, Tn.

clean, friendly staff, great breakfast with lots of choices. beds were extremely comfy (Serta) and west elm furniture! felt safe and clean! will come back if ever in the area again!

the room seemed warm the whole time, we checked in turned the air up and went to dinner, came back 3 hours later and the room still hadn’t cooled off a lot. almost like the unit was struggling. we made it through the night just slept with sheets. we were on the 4th floor and it was 97 degrees out, so that could of been part of it.

The suite we had was very spacious and clean. Kids enjoyed outdoor pool and Shasta at the front desk was awesome! She was friendly and always had a smile on her face. Overall great stay and we will be back!
