Large modern hall. Nice modern room. Clean linen. Comfortable beds. In the bathroom there are bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, good quality soap, Mike Up cloth, and bar soap. Coffee accessories. Breakfast is good (bacon, scrambled eggs, bean paste, waffles, toast, tangerines)

There is no welcome water and coffee in the lobby, but not the best: no boiled porridge (only dry and no hot milk), no sausages or cutlets, poor monitoring of the availability of forks and spoons. I chose this hotel because of the pool, but it started working at 10.30 (check-out at 11) I was very upset, it ruined the impression

Beautiful hotel,friendly stuff,good location,very clean. They have laundry to wash and dry clothes,towels(add.fee),it were very handy to dry towels from the beach. Absolutely incredible breakfast. Free parking,good wifi.

There is no ventilation\fan in a restroom,with is weird. Also,they have thing with humidity in a room. They said that room temperature should stay 65F,or you will experience with humidity. 65F is cold for me and my kid,so we tried to make warmer and,as they said, our bed and clothes were felt damp and floor always were sticky and damp as well.

The breakfast was good. Overall it was clean, modern, and I liked the decor. I liked the different areas to sit.

The customer service from the young man working Saturday night was not great. When I asked him a question about the Starbucks machine he just answered with I dont know and made zero effort to find out. He didn't say he'd reach out to me after he spoke to someone (it had to do with a charge). Nothing. He didn't know the answer, which is fine, but also offered no effort to find out. It was lazy service. The Netflix wouldn't work. The floors were very slippery.

We went to your hotel to participate in the competition. I really liked the service of your hotel, especially the breakfast, the friendly service of the driver and the cleaning of the room. Thanks to our gracious driver Greg and staff Tammy, we visited an important exhibition in your city. In general, I liked everything very much.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike. I was actually traveling with a wheelchair user, so I was very worried about food, cars, etc. But I'm so glad I made the right choice when I found your hotel online.

Everything was new and modern, loved the Netflix option on the big flat screen in the room. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable.

The only complaint would be that our floors were waxed or something before we got there so it was super slippery in the room. Definitely something we mentioned to the staff after our stay. We were able to manage okay but I couldn’t imagine someone older or with balance deficits navigating through that.

the hotel itself from the outside to inside is so beautiful. our room was very clean & comfortable, i didn’t mind being away from home because it felt homey. the breakfast was super good & it wasn’t the exact same thing each day. i loved how the staff was still coming out to refill the food & making sure things were fresh for all guests no matter what time they came down for breakfast. the staff here was also so kind & welcoming even walking down the halls other guests were greeting us. the area is also right down the street from what i feel like is the most popular thing to see, the selena museum. the commute to get food or go shopping also isn’t that long either. overall, it was a great stay & i wish i could stay in a hotel like this anytime i traveled!

the property was great, i wish it wasn’t right there on the side of the highway but if you speed up you’ll make it right into the entrance depending on the exit you’re taking.

The hotel looked nice. The pool area is fantastic and the breakfast was really great.

I don't know if it was just my room, but the shower was not great. Seems like there was a water flow restrictor... I tried every setting that the shower head had and very little water came out, and there was no pressure on all of them.

Great staff! It was clean and had very nice atmosphere. It was also super close to the airport, only paid $10 for an Uber.

I wish I could have had a later check out like some other hotels. I would have paid for a late check out of around 2. Instead the latest I could stay was 11:30 and I would have paid $25 dollars for 12 and that is the absolute latest. I only think this would benefit the hotel bc it is so close to the airport and some people do have later flights.

Very clean and the staff was nice. Close to the beach but nice and quiet. Close to restaurants and stores. Breakfast was nice and had all kinds of food to enjoy. Loved that they had coffee ready at any time and hot water for tea!

Not enough towels, there were three guests and only enough towels for two. I went to the front desk and lady gave me an extra one. Towels were kinda small and thin.
