The front desk staff were very friendly. The facilities were extremely clean and comfortable... and, of course, the cookies were delicious. But the best thing about this hotel is that they absolutely did not price gouge during the recent winter freeze! I work at a local hospital and stayed at this hotel during the recent winter freeze because it is extremely close to the hospital. I was able to get a room for a reasonable price so I could be close to the hospital easier. The other hotels in the area increased their room rates greatly... one hotel in the area even went up to over $700 a night!! We usually have to stay in a hotel a couple of times a year because of winter weather.... Double Tree has my business from now on!!

Nothing... Everything was wonderful! If I have to put one thing I could nit pick on it would be the pillows... They could be a little fuller. But I just doubled them up.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel but the one thing I wish there was is a Jacuzzi that would’ve definitely have made the trip a lot funner.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about this place I loved everything and enjoyed how clean my room was I also enjoyed how you guys gave cookies at the front desk for free as well as waters one thing I didn’t have at my last hotel (extended stay in Austin) was water and I was really really thirsty when I woke up in the morning. I really think you for having waters at the front it made everything way easier because I didn’t have to go and buy some waters at the store.

Checking in was easy and the staff was very helpful at the front desk whenever I had a question. The morning staff for breakfast were some of the kindest people I have experienced in a hotel and breakfast was always ready at 6 a.m. and hot. They anticipated my needs and each morning remembered me and greeted me with a warm smile. The two bartenders who worked while I was there and ate dinner were fantastic, friendly, and always made sure I had what I needed. I don't drink, so can't comment on the quality of their drinks. Thank you for setting an exceptional standard in hospitality.

The property was clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. There was a shuttle to take us into the city, which was awesome, we didn’t have to worry about parking! One point off because there was one working elevator and the pool was super cloudy. Everything else was excellent! We would definitely stay again:)

The location was perfect proximity for a meeting at the Dallas Zoo. The staff was very hospitable and the food was excellent. I appreciated the cleanliness and the a/c being at a reasonable temperature on arrival. I really dislike walking into 80 degree rooms that most stays maintain.

The street noise was a little loud but nothing white noise couldn’t drown out.

The morning breakfast staff was exceptional very warm and inviting. They took their time taking care of us and making sure we were well taken care of. They were genuinely kind all the staff and kitchen staff especially Carmelito. The housekeeper was very kind and did a great job cleaning out room. The pool was great also.

There were two things I thought about: there should have been an ottoman with the chair in the room and the vents should be cleaned. I noticed they were a little fuzzy. Neither life ending or a reason to change my stay at the hotel.

My husband and I were celebrating what we call our Meet-A-versary which was the day we met 30 years ago..The Hilton made our special day memorable! They upgraded our room and gave us a complimentary breakfast which was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Lindsey who worked the front desk was so sweet and had wonderful customer service !! THANK YOU HILTON 😊 ❤️

bed was comfortable, view was great. bathroom was very small. Not much time available for rest/relaxation at the hotel, late check in early check out, would like to have more time.

Having the bar available before the restaurant opened was great. Pool area seemed nice. Breakfast was amazing! Having the shuttle available was super handy and the driver was friendly!

Prices of drinks at bar were a little high, and elevator was being worked on so it was really slow. Outdoor area not in the fenced-in area of the pool could use some umbrellas for shade in the afternoon.
