Privacy they don't meddle but they're always there if you need them they've been great the rooms are very comfortable I'm currently in a smoke free room which is nice I don't like the rooms that always smell like still ashtrays the beds are comfortable the linens clean and we're literally right next door to the military base our back fence is the base so if you're asking about safety I don't think it can get much more safier than the US military thanks guys

About the only thing I can think of is I wish they had the back gate open so I could get to the highway faster so I can get to work quicker I hate being late and traffic is a bummer over here with the entrance to the base right here but it helps provide for privacy and safety so it's a necessity

Chrystal and her mother were extremely accomidating and soo very helpful. I sleep with a fan. She gave me her fan and her mother cleaned it for me so I could use it to help.sleep. The entire staff was polite. The room was much better than any of the reviews suggested it would be. There were no roaches. No dirty bed linens or towels. No mold or such alike. It was very clean. The full length wall mirror is not dirty. It's delaminated from humidity and then drying. But usable. The Air Conditioner was clean and the filters were spotless. Very close to the freeways and Lackland AirForce base. Only thing I would say I would like to see. Just get the calking redone around the entire room. Bathroom area needs the most attention. But it's fine. It would just help to dress up the place a little more.

The uncontrollable things. Other people. Unfortunately where I was room 127. People stand close by and smoke. Both tabacco and pot. So much to the point I woke up several times and had to turn the AC off because it was brining it into my room and smelled the place up. As well the parking lot / AKA Raceway. People driving like idiots squealing tires? Revving up and going as fast as they could out of there.

The hotel was ideally situated, so near to the I90 heading west out of San Antonio - I was in Texas to see the eclipse and needed to explore the area for a good spot. It was easy to get to and to get away from, wherever I was going. The room was large, the facilities were fine, plenty of hot water, clean as a pin thanks to excellent housekeeping. Lovely to have breakfast included, ample provision each day - and the swimming pool made for a great place to relax in the warm sunshine - a real bonus for a Brit accustomed to chilly Octobers! The staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful, from the moment I arrived as a weary traveller to the time of my reluctant departure - very accommodating with every request I made.

I'd hoped to use the fitness suite shown in the photos, but unfortunately it was out of action while I was there. Otherwise I had no complaints. I didn't like having to leave after only one week - wish I could have stayed longer (more time in the pool!)

Rooms were clean. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Close to the Air base for my son's graduation.

MANY homeless people right there at the hotel, as a female it made me uncomfortable to leave the room alone. Ladies at the front desk our last night there were not friendly. I said good morning to them 3 times and they never responded or looked up from their laptops. I asked twice for more toilet paper and towels before I was acknowledged.

The ad on Priceline was misleading double room with double beds. Room was small. I expressed I thought I was given wrong room but the employee the night of Dec 8th he fixed it and gave me a much bigger roomier room. I was satisfied with my stay. Comfortable quiet place. Thanks for providing a great stay

I didn't like the fact that a table with 2 chairs isn't provided. I get a desk and office chair provided but more options to eat food or play cards would be nice. But over all we made it work we used the ironing board as a table. Hope that was ok. Thanks again for a great stay

Easy access staff very friendly

Pool was green and unusable the bathroom needs repairing where the toilet and the tub are the cleanliness of that area was not good it was dust dirt mold the bed linen was not good there were stains and the floor could have been done better the vents for the air conditioner and the bathroom were filled with dust and dirt

Everything else I believe an plus it's quite also...

How ppl who work there I guess the girl idk if she's one of the owners of the family but we are the good paying people an like if we a lil late an we never have problem from no hotels like this one how they are just kicking ppl out cause they don't have money to pay but us we do but sometimes we struggle but we still pay no matter what but we got it like kick us out idk why so they did not tell us or did not give us a chance but it's all good... the bed was comfortable. shower water stayed hot and we had enough towels. the tv had Netflix and YouTube. lots of lights as well ! i wasn’t bothered by the workers. and nothing crazy happened. also kinda liked that I can hear the trumpets from the military camp nearby.

it doesn’t look like the photos of the outside. it’s painted grey now and the office and some rooms seemed to be under construction. the area was a lot more ghetto than I thought it would be. lots of loud neighbors but that’s not the hotels fault. the shower wasn’t cleaned out from the previous person.

It was a great location. Loved the remodeling you did.

Location. Comfortable beds, Fantastic location, close to restaurants.

That they deactivated my key cards one day before I checked out. They fixed that right away but I had to drop everything I was carrying to go to the front desk to see what happened.
