The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and had enough space to move about it had an iron and iro ing board amazing. Tea and coffee . No noice in the corridor. Breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel like this it was well organised clean, and staff were on the go all the time, keeping everything going. Stay away a lot usaly premier inn no other reason than that's the one that come up first, from now on I will be using holiday inn. It's just the best hotel experience I've had on a weekend away. The staff, they could not do enough for you. They gave me tea bags and milk for my room. They were happy to speak to you and did not leave you standing there wondering when we were going to be served. The staff were very busy, but I never heard them complain they did their best to accommodate.

The carpet in the room was really worn, which made me feel I couldn't walk on it with bare feet. The bed base was marked and had a whole in it. But these did not take away from a really good stay.

Full breakfast was included. Perhaps not the most exciting or varied of choices, but of good quality and hot (plus cereal & fresh fruit). The dining area is light & airy, with a wide view out across the city. Spacious bedroom & bathroom. Parking in the connected multistorey car park is easy and very cheap.

One of the two lifts was out of action during the first half of our stay - but it was finally brought back in service. Our bedroom window let in a lot of traffic noise (loose sealant around the edge) - although we understand that all the windows are shortly to be replaced, which will solve the problem.

The staff were amazing, polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, so was the bathroom. Lots of variety for breakfast!

I never really have anything to complain about, but we were shocked to discover there was no air-conditioning in our room and that definitely affected our stay. It was really hot in the room during the day and at night. We did have a fan in the room but it wasn't enough. For safety reasons the window couldn't be opened, so unfortunately it was uncomfortable. Staff did offer us another fan but we didn't think it would make much difference, plus there were only two sockets to plug in in the room. I have stayed there in the past and really enjoyed my stay but the weather was hot this time and can't understand why in this day and age there was no air-conditioning.

The Hotel is right across from Bradford interchange train station which was fantastic as we were using Bradford as a base to visit locations in West Yorkshire Good breakfast buffet included in the price with a reasonable if unchanging selection of food The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom likewise Very quiet, we didn't hear any other guests during our stay the staff were friendly and helpful

The room was very hot at night, it seemed to literally trap in the heat, no air-con, but thankfully a fan was provided in the room. The sink is built in too high in the bathroom

Was welcomed by the reception staff and they were willing to help with any query I had, nothing was too much, so lovely, I took their names but have forgot them sorry. The breakfast staff were so cheerful and smiling so early in the morning which put you in a good mood for the day even had a few jokes hahaha and even remembered me from previous stay, which I thought was endearing. Will stay here within a heart beat which I have been doing anyway

Just the walk to the car park, but a bit of exercise did no one no harm, it was not that far really just being picky, as can think of anything else.

The breakfast was good with a good selection of cerials and cooked breakfast.

The breakfast did not have porridge. The breakfast ended a little early at 9:30. On my final night a noise began at 1am which ramped up slowly ,then stopped for a few minutes and then began again and kept doing this. I informed the people at reception and they said there were no other complaints. One of the guys went to check the noise but did not find anything wrong and offered me earplugs as the hotel was full. I could not sleep with the noise going and coming. At 2am I checked out and left a little disappointed.

I've stayed here before and the price was particularly good. Basically you know what you're getting with a HI Ex

I stayed at 3 HI EXs in rapid succession, so can't remember which was which. But in two out of three, the BBC1 HD channel had no sound. I know this is a weird first world problem, and like I say it may have affected the two other HI Exs I stayed at this week. But has anyone else found this? Perfect sound on BBC 1 lo res and BBC 2 HD, but silence on BBC 1 HD? This has happened three or four times now, and always with Holiday Inn Express TVs. I should get out more.

At check in Jen was very helpful and professional. Josh and the young lady ( don't know her name ) in the evening were also top notch and the manager Steve was also a nice fella, very helpful on check out. Nice room, comfortable bed, good shower and an overall excellent stay.

Breakfast was a little below par - sausages were hard and there was hardly any juice in the juice pourer. There was no-one around at this point to ask to fill them up. Other than that, no complaints and it wouldn't put me off coming back.

The holiday Inn was in a good place for walking into the city centre. There's no trouble trying to find a place to park as you can leave your car and walk everywhere.Also it was nice to have a meal and a glass of wine without the worry of driving.Also easy to get to see other places like Emmerdale woolpack pub.Its a pretty place to visit. Lots of nice shops in Bradford as well.

We noticed quite a lot of traffic all day long but most of it was caused by roadworks which is essential to be done.But we did travel around quite a bit but 3 days goes so quickly.

The location of the hotel was great, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. As my conference was happening in Leeds, I found the UBER price quite cheap, as well as the train fare. It was very convenient having the train station just a few minutes away from the hotel. Also, having the Arcade and restuarants within the premise of the hotel made our stay even more interesting.

It would have been nice and convenient to have sockets by the bedside for easy charging rather than far away at the reading table.
