The beach is very, very nice. The fruits are amazing. The food was good.

The room wasn't renovated and smelled like old. The drinks.

I liked to stay in the bungalow that overlook turquoise water of the sea.

Late-night disco noise was awfully loud, we could not sleep. The group of people who administered a Covid test and provided test results were unfriendly and unprofessional.

The Place was amazing if your looking for a safe place to relax on a beach on vacation. The staff was helpful and attentive explicitly Mr. Fensi! As a bonus most of the staff speaks English which was helpful for my older relatives who don't speak spinish. The excursions were also wonderful(I did 4) but be mindful that the Safari and Santo Domingo ones involve a LOT OF WALKING that some older people had trouble keeping up with. But Mr. Welington did his best to keep everyone safe, together, and Happy. I will certainly be bring a bigger family unit back next year. Ps: If you get a chance do Crazy Wheels!

The food though plentiful was a little bland and could use a little more variety(does not really cater to American tastes). I would make sure to bring a lot of bug spray for mosquitos. And lastly one of the rooms we rented in the bungalows a/c never seemed to work right no matter how many times we asked for it to be looked at.

1. Beach towels- not enough drop off- pick up Locations- your lugging wet towels around. The close too early so when you finally find one it’s closed. 2. The juice bar and crepe stand need more personal. Waiting 30 mins online is way too much 3. The evening show needs more $$. The dancers are obviously tired from working at other events throughout the day.

The location and the beach are amazing. The restaurants are fabulous, Right on the water.

This time there were too many loud French people pumping old techno music nonstop. I just wanted to throw the speakers right in the pool because my son was having a difficult time taking naps in the daytime

The hotel is really great. They offer a great choice of activities. The rooms were always super clean & you even get a cute welcome and goodbye surprise. The food is also good & the menu changes every day. All in all i would definitely come back & can recommend the hotel. PS: some of the stuff do speak multiple languages, so you will have no problem to communicate. ( Spanish, English, German, French)

Unfortunately I wasn’t told a lot of things during the check in, so i missed out on some nice things. For example that you can rent a kayak for free etc. What was also a little bit said are the prices for the pictures, which will be taken during excursions. Then where more than double the price of the excursion.. but apart from that, everything was great!

Friendly staff. Very good food, shakes, coffee, drinks. The a la carte restaurants were amazing! The beach was well organized, with palm trees for the shade. Cleaning service very good. Diverse water activities. Found adapter in their shop for a cheap price.

The bathrooms outside were not always clean. You couldn't flush, because either there was no water at the wc or the mechanism was broken. The outside bathrooms were closed during the night. The water sports were available from 10 o'clock, and it was too hot to go. The snack bar could have been more diverse in the food offer.
