The crew was excelent, greetings for our friends (now) Tilin and his partners, the food was enough, we enjoy and considered not reserve other restaurants, we staid in open buffet. We remain in the location for 8 days, the pools, aquatic games and other programs help us to getting rest.

We saw some strangers people around the pool and other locations, and myself prevented a thief towel (there are no advices about prowlers. Perhaps was a lesson for caring our properties

Loved receiving a surprise upgrade on arrival. Rec'd huge room at Presidential Suites (were supposed to be in Tropical). Loved the cabanas on the beach, the little cold water tubs so you could meet people and have your delicious drinks, and the ocean swim. Staff was fantastic. Nice local shops for shopping. Found a cool canteen style purse and white cotton skirt. Loved the hammock on our private deck. Tonnes of privacy if you wanted it. Had hot showers the whole 4 days. They're Sports Bar is super cute and had fresh popcorn and late night nacho machine with the bartenders. Very nice touch.

Be aware, many stairs and lots of uphill walking, although it gave a good workout getting to wherever we had to go. One couple complained the Tropical section was like from 1929 lol hope they got an upgrade.

Food, drinks, and ambience was GREAT. My friends went with us and it was their first time in D.R. and they LOVED it. They really really loved the food and ambience.

The only 2 things that we didn't like was the construction going on at 7am next door to my room. I under stand they have to work but I was on VACATION and just really needed the sleep. Also, the transportation that takes us from our suite to the restaurants and events were taking over 30 minutes to arrive and when they did arrive they were full and we had to wait even longer.

Wow, that was great and the space is very nice and clean So we were enjoying. Thank you guys for the best you do to offer joy and happiness to the people that come all over the world. I would like to tell you,we enjoyed: the food,the show and everything.

I liked the special price, which was much less than what I paid years ago for the Tropical at Lifestyle. I liked the way that they remodeled the hotel. 10 years ago it was very nice also.

I didn’t like the rooms as the bathrooms are opened up. The bathrooms had little privacy as the actual shower and toilet are all glass with light frosting, which you can slightly see through. However the pros outweighs the cons. The restaurant buffet at Cofresi where more of a premium experience compared to the Casablanca. Also I could not make any reservations for restaurants as they were all “full”. So I had to enjoy my buffet. The staff were friendly, but I had experienced better.

The food taste was good. The Staff was good. Great air-conditioning Transportation arrived quickly It was clean!

I booked a room and it was supposed to have a minibar but it was empty, not even water. There were too many people everywhere, we could just go to the VIP Beach once. The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable because it was not spacious. No variety in the food.

The room, the beach, the drinks, the pools, the facilities, the transportation and it was clean.

The food was not that good and no food variety. Our bathroom has this weird smell like old pee and the air-conditioning was not cooling very well. Check in process it's chaos

Excellent breakfast,and beautiful location. I was excited about the team of service, they're excellent. Also the spa service was amazing and exciting.

No thing. Everything thing was great and amazing. I was enjoying and exciting.
