I was pleasantly impressed by the resort. Despite initial concerns about the dated nature of many all-inclusive resorts in the area, I was pleasantly surprised. The food exceeded my expectations, with a buffet offering a diverse selection of dishes and desserts with different themes each night. The non-alcoholic beverages were exceptional, which is not common in these settings. The premises were well-maintained, and the spacious room had comfortable beds. The beach was beautiful and inviting, with no need to rush for a lounge chair in the early morning. I would happily choose to stay here again.

The hotel did not provide complimentary individual toiletries for guests. It's convenient to have these amenities in case you forget to bring a personal item.

I enjoyed the room it was very comfortable and The A/C worked very well. The Shower had Hot Water. The Breakfast was so amazing. And the Puebla 22 and Sofrito Restaurants were very nice. I really liked how the room was cleaned. Room Cleaning was great.

I didn't like that the shower would leak water onto the Bath room Floor. So the bath Room Floor would stay wet all day. Anytime the shower would turn on, it would leak onto the Bath room Floor. The Breakfast was Absolutely Amazing but the other meals At the Buffet were mediocre or below Average.

1st time I cant believe so good then went another time ; yeah is very good location. Room in big and matching Booking info , comfortable and clean , coffee tea drinks and even the bathrobe. Buffet restaurant food offer good choice and good cooked ; the 4 theme (only tried 3 italian, mexican, dominican) restaurants are very delicious cooking and over expectations. Around pool during whole day have people cleaning , incredible care of this important detail. At restaurant and bars employee are gentle always willing talk for a while Completely satisfy will be back anytime have chance

Breakfast missing bacon ; can easy add. Resort not close to beach, should walk for a while

- The facility was clean and the staff are very friendly. - The food was delicious and the drinks were good - loved the room service - The beach is very nice and they offered some beach activities. (ex: kayaking and sailing)

- the Wi-Fi wasn’t the best you may need a little patience with it continuously needing to reconnecting with your device as you move around the resort. - All 4 restaurants aren’t opened every night they alternate but the buffet is open every night. - No bacon at breakfast but every other pork breakfast meat.

The food, the bartender Omar by the pool bar was awesome. The magic show. The best was comfortable. All the staffs were very helpful and friendly.

Parking is tight. But was able to get.

Food was great, staff was AMAZING!

My booking price and check in price varied. Not by a huge amount but I was very annoyed I was charged an extra $30 when we arrived on site and the hotel blamed it on Booking.com

The staff was amazing, ranging from the bartenders and servers to the entertainment team and the front office. The food was generally nice, and the buffet was more fresh than expected from a resort. Drinks were great and a lot of choice. Because of the size of the resort it has a cozy atmosphere, and it was easy to get to know other travellers even during a short stay.

The resort is clearly a little bit older, and some maintenance/renovation would be good. However, in my opinion this is reflected by the very reasonable prices. The beach and ocean is not the prettiest of the Dominican Republic.

The breakfast and the service was awesome 🤩 great selection, the overall staff and service was amazing definitely would recommend!

The only disappointment was the view from the room and know balcony and the room was an a joining room not much privacy!

We went for a bachelorette party (group of 8 girls) and had a fantastic time. The breakfast was our favorite part along with the funny and super friendly staff. Definitely recommend for a mini girls getaway.

The restaurants wouldn't allow us to sit all together, but that could've been due to covid.

This place is awesome! Staff is just great, especially the team of animators and bartenders. You will not feel bored :) If you like parties, you also definitely need to check the disco at 22:00-2:00! The vibe is great, can't wait to come back! 🙃
