After reading multiple bad reviews before coming we lowered our expectations and decided to have a great time no matter what. We had a great time . Beautiful resort , comfortable rooms Great beach. Great buffet with so many choices. Was a perfect vacation for our family. The best part was having RAFAEL from the lobby helping us throughout the week with transportation between the palladium resorts , restaurants recommendations and reservations, day trips etc.. Thank you Rafael.

Amazing resort with access to all 3 Grand Palladium resorts. The gardens are beautiful, many A la carte restaurants to have dinners, huge buffet restaurants, nice pools and bars. Drinks are good in all bars, but Hemmingway is above all. Rooms and bathrooms are huge and bed is super comfortable (medium-hard). All villas in Bavaro are nicely located, either close to beach, pool or by some of the restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpfull, especially house keeping ladies and people working in bars. Everyone at the bars were amazing (no matter if it was the lobby bar, pool or beach bar). They were smilling, dancing, singing... We will definitely be back soon!! P.S: don't miss Chic Cabaret while you are there. It was the best end for our stay, the highlight of our holiday.

Rooms would most certainly need a renovation! You can see that the furniture and walls need some changing and fixing (in our room was a lot of water when it was heavy raining (coming from the ceiling, dripping on 1 wall and going all the way to the floor)). For the price paid now, it is still acceptable, but I checked some dates for beginning of next year and is 3-4 times more expensive than now. Definitely the rooms are not worth 6500-10000 euros/2 weeks (only if they would renovate them completely and change the furniture).

Long, amazing beach front, offering all the services one would ever need in such a paradise-like environment. Several pools and so many restaurants which made it "hard" to choose dining options. The golden ticket of Gran Palladium, however, it's their staff. From the reception (shoutout to Kelsie) to the rooms manager (Catherine), with the drivers and the employees at the bar, make you feel home and on holiday from the moment you step in until the check-out

Everything and everyone were very nice. I will recommend it. The rooms are spacious. I loved the greenery and natural parks. Pools and restaurants were very good clean, and the workers are all so polite. Starting with the front desk clerk Junior his service was over the top. Johvanny @ Las Torres restaurant was very attentive. The entire staff were helpful and friendly. I will visit again once a find a good deal on the price.

The rooms definitely need some serious updating! Especially the bathrooms. The cleaning staff did a good job though, but they need an update asap, The tiny stretch of beach where all the beach loungers are crammed is not ideal, although the beach is beautiful.

The view from my room was amazing, being able to see the beach from my room, I loved the outside shower. Food was good at the restaurants that I have dinner.

I wasn't fond of how far I had to walk to get to breakfast especially in that heat. Did not like that the only place you can get beach towels was at the pool.

Absolutely beautiful resort with excellent food options. Beach access was great! The spa experience was incredible and a beautiful facility.

Making reservations for restaurants was a challenge. No reservations available for 3 days!

It was very clean, everyone at the resort was extremely friendly and made you feel safe and at home. I would recommend this place for anyone and all ages.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service and great food service.

Linen were a little dull. I went one night without any linen at all!!!
