The property was clean and beautiful. Check in and out was very fast and efficient. Transportation was available to all parts of the resort where restaurants and activities were. The beach was clean and seaweed free. We had a great guy name Rafael who was very attentive and made sure everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Before you got in the resort the people started approaching you about a presentation and would not let you get settled in or even check in. Lots of salesman on the beach and some offering you drugs to buy. It was hard to learn about the activities and shows, not good communication in that area. The drinks at the bars and the food at some of the restaurants can be better. We had a few problems with our room but they were addressed and taken care quickly. We were even offered an upgrade in our room.

It was one of the best resorts
I didn’t like that booking gave me a price for a certain room and once I got to the hotel I had to pay $240 plus for an upgrade for the same room I booked on the website ..

Huge property with access to many facilities. 3 buffets to choose from + 9 a la carte restaurants all included. Soccer field + basketball, picker ball, and tennis courts, casino, spa, gym, and a theater. 5 pools to choose from. Gorgeous beach. Very friendly staff. At least 3 cats roaming the property at night. Gorgeous beach and impeccable sunrises.
This is NOT a 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for. I have asked for a do not disturb sign twice but it was never delivered. The cleaning staff ended up waking us each morning.

We loved and appreciated the staff. Caribel (sorry for misspelling her name), checked us in. She was great!!! Saudy helped me prior to our arrival. Our housekeeper was absolutely wonderful and always made sure that we had everything we needed. The El Dorado and Hibachi restaurants were absolutely delicious!
The gnats and mosquitoes were a bit overwhelming. The resort app wasn't as helpful. Our room had several issues (most of the things were fixed). The air-conditioning wasn't as cold as needed, the fridge wasn't cold (that was fixed), one of the sinks drained slowly. The food at Bamboo wasnt very good and it was severely slow. The main thing I didn't like was that I couldn't get in contact with the front desk or maintenance on the room phone. I had to walk down to the lobby everytime we needed assistance.

The resort is beautiful
The gift shop substantially over charge. The gift shop staff refused to allow me to speak with management. In addition, the resort appears to have a low inventory of wash clothes. Room service would only leave 1 or 2 max. Although, I asked for four seeing asthough we are a family of four.

So much variety of food at the buffet, beach was beautiful, obtaining chairs by the pool/beach was easy, drinks were delicious.
The bedroom was a bit outdated. The electric outlets were not working, the lighting was poor (ceiling lights by the bedroom entrance did not with, the refrigerator did not cool the drinks and water came out of the bathtub and out by the bed.

The Grand Palladium Palace is a Beautiful resort with access to the other two next door hotels, the Punta Cana and the Bávaro, so it’s like staying in three resorts at once. The landscaping and design of the hotels is fantastic. Just Perfect!!!
The bathroom- the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom is very high and you need to be very careful getting in and the shower head is horrible. The water drips everywhere when you shower and the floor gets all wet and since the shower doors open to the bedroom water drips too. You need to put towels everywhere. The design is poorly made.

Very nice resort, with nice gardens to walk and very nice facilities. Plenty of restaurants and activities planned from the People of Palladium for the residents. The beach was safe and the rest of the facilities (swimming pools, bars, public toilets, etc) very clean.
There was no diversity in the buffet restaurants. The quality of the food was decent but could be improved for both the buffet and the a-la-card restaurants

The resort is really large and the garden is beautiful. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were really nice with lots of choices of food and beverages. Also, we loved the bar and coffee shop in the lobby. Animation and entertainment are nice but not intruding at all.
There was a long queue to the buffet for dinner although there were lots of available tables there.
