The entire staff provided me with exceptional service. I really felt taken care of. I specifically want to express my gratitude toward Andre' (pronouned Andrea) and Ricardo for the customized and personal care they both provided for me while I celebrated my birthday during my stay. The restaurant staff surprised me with small desserts and sang happy birthday when I returned to the hotel after a long day of exploring. The location is a little far from the main city of Quito but it's perfect if you want to just relax in comfort. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and immaculately clean. The free airport shuttle was a great bonus and the primary reason I chose this hotel and I do not regret it. The driver was waiting for me at the airport with my name on a piece of paper and he stowed my luggage and we were at the hotel within 30 mins. I felt like a celebrity. The included breakfast had a nice variety of options and freshly made juices every morning. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, I plan to return as well. Thank you to the entire staff from the 24 hr check in to the shuttle drivers, to the receptionists and to cleaning crew.

This hotel was excellent in every way. My wife and I celebrated our wedding in Puembo. I (American) flew my entire family to Ecuador and we all stayed at Hotel Rincon de Puembo. The hotel could not have been more accommodating for a bunch of non-spanish speaking Americans. The property is gorgeous and gives a classic feel. The staff was friendly and everyone spoke English. The hotel staff did everything possible to accommodate the needs of 15 tourists, some of who are new to international travel. The little town of Puembo is very nice and about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We never felt unsafe walking around town and there are plenty of local food and drink options. The hotel provided a daily breakfast Buffet which was fresh and had numerous options. We utilized the heated pool, spa and pool bar every day, service was excellent and prices were reasonable for food and drink. Hotel restaurant is a good options for dinner. I only ate one meal there but it was delicious. Transportation was provided to and from Quito international airport which is about a 20 minute ride. The hotel grounds are safe and secure. Security was always on site. I don't really have anything negative to add. Hotel Rincon de Puembo exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone traveling to the area.

Everything was great at the hotel. The property is beautiful and offers a variety of facilities. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was buffet style; although the choices were somewhat limited, everything was very tasty. We also enjoyed a lunch at the hotel's restaurant, which was excellent. It was a pleasant surprise to find that all staff spoke English, which is quite uncommon in South America. Additionally, the price included an airport transfer, adding to the convenience.

What an amazing place. We were looking for a little luxury on our way home from the Galapagos and boy did we find it. The place is huge, like a little oasis in the city. Good size room, nice bathroom, beautiful pool area. There's a games area, bar, and a really nice restaurant where we had a wonderful meal. The staff was amazing from the time they picked us up at the airport to the porter waiting at our door in the morning to carry our luggage. They provided a boxed breakfast to take with as we were leaving so early. I can't say much about the area as we were only there overnight except that is not close to the city. But that's not nessarily a bad thing. I would definitely recommend the place. Great value for money

The only negative is the beds were a bit hard for me but otherwise very comfortable. Pretty typical for South America though.

This property FAR exceeded my expectations. They provided an easy and efficient airport pickup, the driver and all the hotel staff were wonderfully pleasant and professional, the on-site restaurant was superb, and the entire hotel was bigger and nicer than I anticipated. I would gladly return or recommend this property to others - so much better than staying at the airport hotel.

The location isn't conducive to walking sightseeing, but it's a pleasant neighborhood with pretty churches nearby. Not a substitute for downtown Quito, but totally worth it if you're looking to stay nearer to the airport or wanting a good base for driving excursions.

The Entrance was a little difficult to find at night when I arrived. When I got there and checked in it was very quiet and very nice decor and grounds. In the morning I found the grounds were very to walk around. The breakfast buffet, staff and food selection were very good. The airport shuttle was available on time and the trip to the airport was only about 15 -20 minute drive. The property was very secure and quiet and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the grounds and building. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though my stay was short.

My stay was short so I didn't find anything that was an issue other than the area around the registration counter was a little congested with more than two or more people around, checking in and out.

Everything. Absolutely everything. It was this sweet collection of buildings connected by porticos with gardens and the pool in between. Enjoyed the decor with antiques and art pieces. The room was comfortable with great shower. The restaurant was convenient. Especially enjoyed the breakfast.

Really nothing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. There could have been easier to access outlet for charging devices at the bedside but really that was so so minor.

Very cute hotel in a nice small town. The room is not fancy, but completely adequate. The staff was friendly and attentive to all my needs.

There is no fan or air conditioning in the room. I needed to keep my window open to get fresh air. The window opens to a very attractive covered courtyard that is tiled. The tile seems to amplify the sounds of people coming and going which can be a distraction when trying to sleep. The restaurant food is just OK and a bit pricy.

Airport shuttle has to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance and there is no flexibility to change the time last minute once it was reserved. Internet was spotty inside the apartment.

The grounds and pool area are beautiful. The pool table was a nice touch. The room and bed were comfortable. The staff were all super helpful and kind. Free airport shuttle was convenient.

The wifi wasn’t great. There were several conferences going on and it was fairly noisy outside our room. This hotel wasn’t as close to the airport as I had anticipated. The restaurant wasn’t great. ultimately for the price and location, I wish we had stayed at the Wyndham close to the airport instead.
