Quito has become dangerous but the location was very safe and lots of restaurants the gym was open 24/7 and they only allowed the guest from the hotel to use the facilities

The menu of the bar cafe could be more diversified not much to order

The rooms are spacious and very clean. Depending on the side you could have view on the street with a little view on the mountains. The room are relatively calm and you can barely hear noise from the main Street. The employees are extremely polite, discret and speak English very well in case of weak Spanish. The checking in available even late at night, which is perfect for late arrival. The checkout is at 12pm. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers variety of different local food as well European flavor for those who prefer a Continental breakfast. This is a really good place for business as well as private trips as it offer good quality service and the building is central. A lot of bars, restaurants and couples malls are at walking distance from the place.

The breakfast was very good, but somewhat pricey. Hotel is located in a good upscale neighborhood, but is quite distant from the historic center of the city and major museums. Traffic in Quito is chaotic and slow. Taxis are cheap by US standards, though they are not cheap for the locals living on the economy.

Hotel is very attentive to your security given recent events in Quito. I also went on a 4 hours tour with english-speaking driver from hotel[ Gonzalo], very good and safe.

Location and cleanliness

The only issue was that I didn't have the room I reserved since the first night of stay. I had it starting the 2nd night because apparently it was not availability. Other than that, everything was good.

2 nights in the row 24hrs room services was not available and lobby bar close to early

I asked for a toothpaste, because I run out. There is no toothpaste available at the hotel. They referred me to the pharmacy across the street, what opens at 8:00 am. This is unacceptable for a Sheraton Hotel.

Very comfortable room and great staff. Excellent location.

That there were no kettle in the room, and when I asked for it, they gave me a jug that had coffee in it previously so the hot water tasted like coffee.

Overall, a 10 experience!!! Luxury and professionalism all the way. Huge TV, huge expensive bed, nice shower, employees are super attentive but not clingy. I wish I could stay there forever, it was soooooo nice!! Located just beside the mall in the heart of downtown

The only minor confusion happened after I'd already checked out. The hotel driver who took me to the airport kept insisting that I needed to pay cash for the ride, when I had already paid for it at the front desk. We got it sorted out

Beautiful hotel, perfectly situated near lots of great restaurants and shops. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and very helpful staff, particularly as we were non-Spanish speakers.
